when I came to Eaglerock I was not so much looking for saving money on my insurance because I knew the rates have gone up no matter where I go but I was looking for a better customer service experience. I found it in Tina Smith and was very happy with her level of professionalism and most of all communication. I didn’t have to wait four days for a quote and the level of knowledge that she had in her work on saving me the little bit of money that she could was very comforting in a time when everything is costing more. she kept in touch with me at every turn with the different nuances to my policy and the kind of service I could expect in the future when I’m sure more increases in cost will certainly not be a pleasant experience. Well done!

Such a great company. I was in need of insurance and was having trouble finding anything that would fit my needs. Tom and his team not only found me a very good policy for my car but were able to also add on a renter's policy and both combined were much less than I was paying for just auto insurance. Eagle Rock has been fantastic. They respond quickly to any concerns or questions that I have regarding my insurance coverage, and they are always looking out for the best insurance coverage for the lowest cost, without my even asking them to do so. With my renewal date coming up, I recently received an email advising me that I could save a lot of money with the same coverage if I switched to a different company. Needless to say, I was very pleased. I highly recommend this company for all insurance needs.
