The boy on the front owner is very rude and professional. He had an all black no uniform a hoodie on. I asked him something that was in the Rams of his job description and he had an attitude the whole time and called me crazy for assuming something was his job And the female and him are worried about me in the aisle that no one is upfront to service anybody to the point customers are asking me for help and I don’t work at CVS

The CBS store located Berkeley Michigan very clean I grade them with five stars store very well. Kept up inside and outside. around rush-hour 5 o’clock need more help upfront cashier

Had pictures printed and they came out wonderfully. Wanted to point out how incredibly sweet and helpful the older gentlemen was that cashed me out. I believe his name is Robert.

NEVER COME HERE FOR YOUR PHOTOS! I used disposable cameras at my wedding so my pictures would be more candid and have a nostalgic vibe. Majority of my pictures were ruined. I paid for all of these to be printed and put on a disk only to pick up hot garbage. Most of them have finger prints on the photo or they have two pictures collided into one which cuts out the people in the picture. So now I have barely any pictures of my wedding day.

My son and I had flu shots today administered by the new pharmacist, Nissine. I'm scared of needles but she made it seemless and painless. I'm so happy for her addition to the team!

NEVER GET YOUR PHOTOS DONE HERE! I used disposable cameras at my wedding to have some fun pictures captured throughout the night. I paid for 10 of them to be developed. I get the pictures back with the disks and the pictures had finger prints on them and the exposure was done incorrectly. You can see that there's a line in a lot of the pictures too where there are two pictures on one photo. This is the only thing I have and now I have nothing from my wedding day. Never get your photos done here. So messed up.

Every time I try to pick up my mom’s prescription that she has been told is ready IS NEVER ready! Asked for store managers number and the pharmacist refused My mom has to go to CVS because of her insurance but I will tell you they are the worst! 11 mile and Coolidge store is horrible!

People who work here are grumpy old ladies specialy the manager and other old lady in the cashier and very Disrespectful!!!!! i can rate O rating on this place!!!! O satisfaction ! They need to get fired and replace with respectful people!!! What a disgrace

Never answers the phone, always passing the buck, never taking responsibility and always giving different answers for why they can't fill a prescription. Guy behind the counter literally said he didn't work there, he just helps on the weekends and to call corporate.

Ur phone communications is horrible. The automated message and prompts only says sorry sorry sorry and doesn’t allow u to push any buttons which makes me have to take an unnecessary drive to see if my scripts have been escripted over pls address and fix

This store has been one of the most difficult to deal with as of recent. I switched from the Oak Park store due to similar issues and it's been constant disappointment. At one point I used a different pharmacy but had to pay more for prescriptions so I went back to CVS. The staff is clearly overwhelmed with too much work. I've been hung up on several times after being placed on hold by the automated system for over 15-20 mins at a time. Having to take meds or get them for family is difficult enough as it is and then to have to deal with poor service where you get you meds from puts the icing on the cake. Currently on the phone with the corporate office to complain! This is unacceptable

Incredibly bothered by the interaction I just had with an employee here. Not sure how to describe it but as a woman, she should have known better. Slimey and rude.
