Been a member for MANY years. Unhappy when they no longer did the mortgages and credit cards in house. The bill pay system utilized currently isn't the greatest with follow through. Recent experience of having to go into the branch due to ATM being out of order, Angela at the Berkeley branch was very efficient. I thank her for her great service

I came to credit Union One and Tia took care of me. I got a loan from her to buy my vehicle she was very kind and very patient and I had to come back and see her about something else and she was kind and patient again. I needed her to fill out some paperwork. And then I had to come to her a third time for some paperwork and once again very kind very considerate and very patient with me. I give her 10 stars and not five. She is wonderful and she's a great asset to your company.

I mentioned I had not seen my debit card in 3 or 4 days. But I knew it was in the house. She suggested If I don't find it in a day or so notify cuone . I can then get a replacement. I also noticed her cuone card was posted on the window. I mentioned I was licensed in mortgages but not using it. She suggested I look at the CUONE help wanted ads. She was easy to talk to!

Tia was great. She very patiently tried to figure out how to do a wire transfer. Although we were unsuccessful, she was most pleasant and helpful along the way.

Tried using the ATM this morning 9/22/2023 and what a disaster.. Never got my money! machine shut down and crashed during my transaction.. The bank was closed, so went back during business hours and explain what happen.. The manager never address my concerns, talk about frustrated.. the amount was not small! yes I am a member of a different bank but this is unheard of! Now i sit and wait for a response and no cash! Because i am not a member of credit union one.. I WILL NEVER USE THAT ATM ever again!

I have been with Credit Union one for about 35 years now and I recommend their service to anyone you will have a excellent experience and will save too. I never use banks anymore they are too expensive with too many fees. Credit unions are a saving device.

I've been a CU one member for 24 years. Never had issues until recently when they accepted a check (perfectly good valid check from Chase bank), deposited the money in my account for it, then took it out two days later. The teller had an issue with the check reader when I was there but then said it finally went through, then two days later when I needed to use the money, I logged into my account and they took it back saying there was no image. The money came out from the Chase account per Chase and was deposited in mine which means the check was good and money was there! They never called or notified me, thank goodness I logged in before making a purchase with it. I called the number listed which is a call center and not the actual bank that told me they are mailing my check back and that I can take it to Chase. Then I called again and finally got some one at the Berkley branch that located my check but then told me that I can't have it back, they stamped it, and that Chase won't take the yellow copy they are mailing me. What a joke! Told me that it wasn't their error (it was bc it was a perfectly good check)... why did you take the check in the first place, why did it clear and deposit, why didn't you do anything to fix the error? I now have to pay for another check to be issued from Chase bank and I'm delayed even longer to get my rightful money. Horrible customer service and experience. Do not take your checks here!

After 30 years of banking including car loans and home loans it's time to go. The customer service has become terrible. There are rude notes posted all over the teller windows and they are charging $5 to replace a debit card. Guess who won't charge me for a new debit card? My new bank.
