I had a couple of problems with my electric bike and when other shops said no they won't fix it because I didn't buy the bike at their shops, Ferndale Bike Shop said bring it in and we'll fix it. Fantastic job to entire staff. Bring your bike here to be serviced. They have experience, knowledge, and they're professional. Fast repairs too. Dropped it off on a Monday and got it back on Friday in the same week. Thank you to the entire and staff!!”
