I have been to this office multiple times for multiple issues...most recently knee replacement(s). I've seen both Amy and Christian. I have nothing but positive things to say about both. Professional, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, kind....after each surgery and subsequent PT visits, I've gotten full range of motion back. They have been able to answer any questions and offer support and encouragement. I would recommend this location and both Christian and Amy to anyone! Office staff and billing people are also excellent and helpful.

Cristiaan Landman is an excellent PT with over 29 years experience. He helped me get mobility back in my leg from IT Band issue on the very first visit. The facility was very clean and well maintained equipment.

First I had to fill out the most information ever.way too many pages of personal info. Never ever filled out so much info. After PT was over. No difference in my neck pain. Last day I had a guy who actually made me feel better. He did way more than the girl who told me what to do . No hands on with her. No machine work either. Don't waste your time.

The Berkley location of Beaumont Physical Therapy is excellent. The space is very clean and calm, with great care that the environment is safe for both staff and patients. The staff at check-in are friendly and sweet, which made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. My physical therapist, Stacey, showed genuine concern for my well-being. She not only helped me improve my shoulder injury, but also provided information and demonstrations necessary for me to be successful working out at home. The month-long experience was professional and inviting!

I decided to go to Beaumont PT because I thought they would be excellent. I was very wrong. PT's are unprofessional and belittling. PT would have me do exercises that would cause more pain. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.

I have a shoulder issue - had to go to PT before BCN would pay for actual diagnostics. Chose this location due to convenience. Very good experience. Increased my range of motion a fair amount. Friendly, professional personnel. I will return once I have a real diagnosis and/or surgery or whatever.

This was one of THE WORST physical therapy centers I've ever been to. My mother warned me as she had been there before and told me one of horrible experience she had there but this was many years prior. I always want to give places a second chance because you never know, but I guess I should've listened to my mother. The first physical therapist I was assigned to (I had a whopping seven sessions for a foot issue and they put me with multiple physical therapists) was cool even though the first visit was all paperwork. I liked the first woman but after two great sessions I had with her I was then transferred to somebody I didn't like. This guy was irritating, irritable, didn't read the chart before I arrived so he would know exactly what type of therapy to go with my specific issue, and 90% of the appointment he was looking at his watch walking around talking to other people. I thought I would be polite and not tell them what a bad therapist he was and just reschedule my appointments with my original person. The original person I saw told me that she was open all these days and since I was supposed to go twice a week for four weeks I thought that getting in an appointment would be super easy. Well, the physical therapist seem to tell me that it was very easy but the phone operators acted like I was for personal money out of their check or something because they are super snarky. I had two more appointments and I didn't want to tell her about how I thought the other physical therapist wasn't good so I just asked her if it would be OK if I could finish my last two sessions with her. She said it was OK and so did the office and the office was so busy that I felt I should call and make an appointment as opposed to waiting in line (either way they acted as if any concern was a pain in their butt). Long story short when I called to make my appointments I was told that I canceled too many appointments and that they were letting me go from their physical therapy program until I got a new prescription from my doctor and such. I guess since I was trying to reschedule with my original person and had cancelled my appointments with the other therapist I was a problem to them. So-I basically was not allowed to get treatment from them. Three of the treatments were subpar and a waste anyway. The other issue is that no one in that facility was a "specialist" for people with plantar fasciitis or any type of foot issue. You would think when I originally called to make the appointment they would have told me that. I could've went to another Beaumont physical therapy that was more apropos to my foot condition. I'm over anything that has to do with this mortifying location.. when you have someone come in for physical therapy they should be with the same person throughout their physical therapy journey. That way they get to know each other and the physical therapist knows exactly what's going on with their own patients. If it's some kid who doesn't connect with you or look you in the eye then you should have the ability to go to the service desk and tell them that the person who you are paying for is NOT giving you the service you require. If you went to a store and somebody gave you crappy service you would say something but since we go to doctors offices we are scared to say something if the nurse, front desk person, or the doctor is bad. I wish I would have said something to them months ago and not have been a whimp and not put it on social media. I guess the passive aggressive Yelp review is my way of complaining since I was scared of the staff. I got another script and went to another place that kept me with the SAME therapist who knew my condition and helped me for ALL of my appointments.

I really like the two physical therapists I’ve worked with. They’ve helped me a lot gain movement in my post rotator cuff surgery shoulder.

I wish there would be ZERO stars in these reviews.Absolutely disgusting management at this place. I did cardiac rehab in 2018, and was contacted a year later by the facility to help them get paid by BCBS for my treatment (for some reason, I was told Blue Cross didn't have records of my cardiac surgery, etc.). After helping them with that, I started to receive bills and calls from Beaumont for a $51 copayment. I've asked to speak to management as I have been furloughed and without unemployment, but was told the bill was from Blue Cross, not from them so there was nothing to discuss with their management.Instead, my account was sent to a Debt Collector Agency. Horrible place, and absolutley horrible management that does not encourage employees to allow resolution of issues directly with people in position to make decisions.I will be posting this review in as many places I can find, and I will also contact the Michigan Attorney General for this.

I would give my therapist a 5star rating. However, a couple of things happened with the ladies with the heat pad treatment, one of which decide her conversation with another employee was more important than taking care of me on time. I guess it was inconvenient for her because she then decided she could not make it that early and treatment stopped. That was the third and final time they were late, though there! Finally, my therapist said if I had any questions to call. I did,but I’m thinking the front desk did not give her the message. I’ll live, it’s the principle.

Inconsiderate neighbors. They are in a residential area and they are cleaning the parking lot with a commercial grade leaf blower at 6:30 am on a Saturday. I guess good sleep isn't part of their therapy.Update; June 2. They are having their parking lot cleaned at 6 am on a Sunday. Godless rude inconsiderate heathens. I hope their skills at therapy are better than their kindergarten level of situational awareness.
