Spoke with Mark at Auto One this morning thinking that I might have to buy a new starter for my mom's car. He told me to bring it in and offered to take a look at it. Was completely surprised AND relieved when he told me that the starter was still working fine. Went over some details with me on how this particular starter works to avoid the situation in the future which I really appreciated since it's not my car. His honesty blew me away, he could have pushed a new starter and I wouldn't have known the difference. I'm really thankful and will think of Mark and Auto One when a starter or glass issue arises in the future!

I just want to take a second to say thank you to Mark and his team at auto one in Berkeley. My back car window got smashed in and he was able to repair it the next day within just a few hours. His service was friendly and quick and it made the whole terrible ordeal a little bit better. It’s good to know there are still good folks in this world who provide good service. Thank you all again.

I had a wonderful experience at Auto One Glass & Accessories! I needed to get a new windshield installed, and they made the process so easy and stress-free.I called to schedule an appointment when they opened, and they were able to get me in that day. When I arrived, Mark was friendly and welcoming. He explained the process to me and answered all of my questions.The windshield was Ordered, Delivered and Installed in about 4 hours! The technician was very careful and did a great job. I was also impressed with how clean and organized the shop was.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Auto One Glass & Accessories. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass or accessories. Mark Also had the best prices around. Mark was super responsive and helped me out of a real jam. My sunroof was blown out, I was 3 hours from home and none of the collision shops could even give me an estimate for a week. Mark was able to get the new sunroof ordered and installed within a couple of days.. and even helped me figure out my rental car situation. Great experience & would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Mark and his team are amazing! After having my rear windshield smashed in, the soonest estimate I was able to get from one of the big chains was a week out. Mark was able to get me a new one installed same day(right before a holiday weekend)! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you x1000

I had a broken window and Mark called me within 10 min of my initial inquiry. They were able to get my window fixed within 1 day of our initial call and the price was extremely fair and reasonable. Hopefully I won’t need another window replacement but I definitely would recommend this company and would come back again.

Fixed my husband window and put it back on the track in no time. They even showed us what was wrong and why the window broke when they were done. Fast and speedy service. I would highly recommend for repair needs.

Huge shout out to Mark at Auto One. There really are honest businesses out there. I noticed a crack in my windshield and contacted Mark at Auto One in Berkley. He ordered me a new windshield and I took my car in this morning. After calling my insurance company and setting up the claim, I left my car. 10 minutes later Mark called me to ask where the crack was located as he was having trouble finding it. It turns out the crack was actually tree sap! He scraped it off and called me back to give me the good news. No crack, no claim against my insurance. Mark restored my faith in people.

The only way this could have gone better is if they paid me. I got a call from their scheduler in less than an hour after I called my insurance agent. She organized a group phone call with Allstate's claims dept. and I had my appointment scheduled in short order. That was last Friday, & my appointment was set for yesterday (Tuesday). The tech came out to my office. All he needed was my mileage, then I went back in. He was done in 45 minutes as promised. I had plenty of time for it to set before my drive home. What relief!

Auto One Glass & Accessories can't be beat, hands down. A stone chipped my windshield and caused a star-like crack to appear in the upper right hand corner. Made a few phone calls and spoke to Mark at Auto One, who offered the best rate in town. Scheduled an appt and my windshield was repaired (treated), while I waited, & ready within 40 minutes as Mike promised. Only a tiny straight line crack remains but at least I have been assured that the crack will not spread & I saved ? by not having to replace the entire windshield. I definitely recommend Auto One for repair of minor chips or cracks in auto glass.

Called them at 9am because my window was broken and un the completely down position, they told me to come on in but they had a few cars ahead of me. I dropped my car off at 11 everything was repaired and my car was ready for pickup by 3. We will definitley be a repeat customer, very thankful for the quick turn around very thankful we found them.
