“I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the customer service at the Chets rental in Rochester Hills Michigan. I am disabled I had 220 pound propane tanks needed to be filled no sooner than I pulled around to the filling station. David was there to greet me and pull out the tanks himself to begin the filling process. If that wasn’t wonderful enough out of the rental office came Kevin, who saw that I was using a walker and offered to expedite payment saving me the walk into the office and back to my car. David also reloaded my tanks and made sure they were soundly secure for my drive home. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate going to a business establishment with people who really care and put the customers needs on a higher level. Thank you David and Kevin. Look forward to visiting Chets rental again soon.”

“Bought the house brand Patriot 120 thousand BTU fryer. It came with a loose pipe and was leaking gas (and fire) every once in a while. Called the store 10 days after I bought it, they gave me the number to call for service. I did that on a Wednesday. On Friday they shipped me a new fryer with no hassle of sending old fryer anywhere. Remarkable. Fryer has been working great ever since.”
“We built a home with CCH and were informed to work with Ferguson as our kitchen plumbing and bathroom fixture vendor. Alanna from the Troy location was exceptional to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and patient through the design and selection process. I want to re-iterate the last point about being patient as I think we must have changed our selections over a dozen times. Through it all, Alanna always maintained a professional presence and if felt frustrated or annoyed by our inability to stick with a decision, never made us feel it was known. “Absolutely do not purchase anything from this location! My husband and I purchased a refrigerator $1800 with delivery. It was scheduled to be delivered Saturday morning and the top of the fridge was crushed completely in route. They called me and told me I was going to have to wait till Tuesday for my new fridge. Of course the old one was defrosted cleaned and broken. All the food, I now have is going to go to waste $300 worth of groceries to be exact!! They didn’t care and offered me my delivery fee (which is $50 dollars back)! $50 dollars! I have to buy take out for the next three days with a child who has kidney issues and two kids with Autism (they’re on medication)! All I can get from them is “These things just happened.” Facts, but you choosing to not adequately accommodate a paid customer, with children with disabilities, on a restricted diet is your personal choice. I think you guys will get better items and customer service anywhere else. I don’t want you guys going through what I am going through. Shame on you ABC Warehouse Southfield!!!! It’s sad, that lately I’m finding that going further out, like Troy, Sterling Heights etc, is wayyyy better customer service more professional. Never again! We purchased on July 2nd and it’s now July 9th an still no refrigerator.
UPDATE! Delivery was awesome! Drivers went above and beyond. My new Fridge was worth the wait! Spoke with Al Regional Manager ABC Warehouse and he apologized for the delay. He made it right and now I’m going back for my husband new recliner! I’m so grateful that excellent customer service still exists! Thank you guys!”

“This place is an under appreciated gem! I’ve been here twice now. While on first glance it seems a bit cluttered and musty, I learned that just means they know exactly what, where, and how many of any appliance parts or tools they have available. Plus the wealth of knowledge and experience of repairing, which they’ve been wonderfully helpful for DIY!The first time I came here was for a gas oven igniter, I came with the part no. and model of my stove. The older man on a stool (never caught his name, sorry!) knew exactly which part I needed when I said the part number. He still double checked it with the oven’s model for me and gave me a few pointers on dismantling and reassembly I wouldn’t have known otherwise. The part was slightly more expensive than online (nooo, really??? things are cheap online??? Lol.) Truly the service and information was more than worth waiting days for a lower quality part and garbage foreign customer service if I had any issues to save a few bucks. Second time I stopped in to see if they had an electric dryer lint filter, which sadly they didn’t have in stock. However, the same gentleman who helped me before checked one of their local warehouse distributor’s stock for me before sending me over- where I got the OEM part at half the price of online!! Both my stove and dryer have worked beautifully since for only 60$.I highly recommend them if you’re a hands on repair person, this is the place to go for appliance parts. I’ve not yet had anything delivered personally, however seeing his son Billy remove a washing machine from a truck bed like it weighed absolutely nothing and with the utmost care spoke about his capability if/when I do!”

“In Regards To Store Manager Josh, Located In Fort Wayne, IN:I purchased a Danby microwave on 10/10/22. At the time of purchase, I also bought a 2 year extended warranty.Last month, the plastic on my keypad began bubbling. I contacted Danby through their website regarding the issue.Over 3 days and 7 e-mails with Danby, I had received no resolution to my issue. More importantly, I had discovered interesting information regarding their warranties on microwaves.I was informed by Danby that warranties on microwaves cover parts only, and not service repairs.In the interest of transparency and information for consumers, I contacted ABC Warehouse and requested to speak with the Store Manager. I was placed on hold, and a few minutes later, Josh answered. I explained who I was, my previous purchase on 10/10/22, Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and my recent disappointing experience with Danby's Customer Service.Josh stated that he was not aware of Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and thanked me for the information. Then, Josh performed a stellar act of customer service.Josh made arrangements for me to bring my microwave in for a replacement.Danby can learn from Josh, for Josh exemplifies the epitome of customer service.”

Reasonably priced. Easy to find and park. Ended up buying from them. Let's hope delivery really is under 2 weeks. Also, it's not a terribly scented store, which I appreciate due to asthma. Was unable to get me an appliance that did not come with scented advertising product. That reflects poorly on the manufacturers, though, not the store.”
