straightforward pricing you don’t feel cheated and you get a sense of humility from the men who work here like no judgment and they work with you if you don’t have all your money to pay your interest. I went through a financial situation where I had to temporarily pawn my Xbox, and these guys gave me top dollar to help me get over the hump.

I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life is soon as the gentleman picked up my items he went to walk them back I said please do it in front of me he still walked it back behind the counter I'll wait it to where it wasn't in Clearview and didn't give me a receipt it gave me a couple hundred dollars for a couple thousand dollars in gold. Absolutely horrible! I only went there because I thought it was the same owner as the one in Southgate because they are fair with their customers and treat them with respect. Botto line will not recommend this place. I feel really dumb that I didn't make the guy do those things in front of me I needed the money so bad for a bill and that was all that was on my mind when I looked up how much gold is going for... I cried , literally!! Absolutely no reason to treat people like that!

similar to buying from Goodwill - strictly buyer beware. if they sell you damaged goods they feign ignorance and complain. would not buy again from this business.
