My Aunt and Uncle are newer boat owners and they had some engine Issues, Marine Tech LLC was a great source for getting them back on track/ on the water. I would recommend them 100 percent of the time!!

Matt showed up at our lakefront cottage to troubleshoot our pontoon starting problem. Resolved on the first visit. Great to have reliable service that keeps us on the water during our short summer boating season.

Jamie and Matt were excellent to work with in repairing my boats prop over the past few weeks. We do not live in Frankfort full time and it was essential that we have our prop repaired before we got back up, as it was going to be my kids first time seeing (and ultimately tubing behind) the boat. They took of everything for us while we were away. Awesome customer service and exceptional communication. Thanks for all of your help!

As a charter captain and a guide, it is very important for me to have my boats running all the time. Marine Tech has always been there and they get the job done right the first time. I have never had to take the boat in for a second time with the same problem unlike some other shops I have felt with.I highly recommend marine tech to anyone in the area.

We have a summer home and a rental home on the north shore of Crystal Lake and have been using Marine Tech /Dean Michaels and his family for over 25 years. During this time we have used Marine Tech to purchase docks, boat hoist, pontoon hoist and winterizing our watercraft at the end of the season. Marine Tech has always been a phone call away when we need service and we will continue to use them and refer them to anyone looking for services they provide.

This shop lacks Integrity and honesty in service provided. After multiple attempts of getting the repair done properly, this shop failed with no explanation. We dropped our motor off for a tune up and to repair the rope starter pull rope -over $400 later and the motor is worse off now than it was when we initially dropped it off. Unless you enjoy poor communication, slow service, broken commitments, and paying for services that don't meet the expectation - I'd strongly suggest taking your boat needs elsewhere! Note: this review comes after 2 attempts to resolve my concerns with the shop directly. The second attempt was via a letter to the owner via USPS mail and email to which I did not receive any acknowledgement or response.

This place changed ownership and has went down hill a little bit they still know if they're doing though even though they're fairly slow and not very good at communicating

Took our sea doo in for repair, service was done when they said it would be and the price very resonable, very happy the way the sea doo runs now. 7-2-15.
