Our zero turn had issues turning in one direction. I went in to make an appointment. They scheduled me in 3 weeks out. That date arrived and we took it in. Waited patiently for another 3 weeks for a call I never got. I called them and they told me I was reaching out to early. I Finally went in. He told me it needed a belt that was on back order. I got the part number, drove 40 miles to pick it up then brought it to them. Another 3 days went by and I stopped in again. He then told me that it wasn't a belt issue but drive pump issue and there don't work on them. Charged me $86.00 and the thing rides just as bad as when I took it in. They must have never test drove it before until after they replaced the belt. 6 weeks later and it's the same as when I took it in. Poor service, unresponsive and got charged for something that wasn't an issue.

I recently bought a lawn tractor. I wasn't pressured to buy a more expensive one. I was treated well, not rushed, questions answered. Delivery fee cheaper than others and was given an overview of the machine I bought upon arrival. Nice people, good service.

Dropped off my Giant Vac commercial walk behind parking lot blower for a new throttle April 12th. A simple job I should have and could have done myself. Called a couple of weeks later to see if it was finished. No, parts back ordered. Finally at the end of June I get a call it's finished. Installed a 12.00 throttle cable they charged me $30.00 for, and it is not even the correct one, it operates opposite of the way it should, totally backwards of the throttle indicator. They tuned it up and discovered a blown head gasket also. another inexpensive part easy to replace. I paid OVER $200 for this simple job almost three months after I dropped it off, was never told throttle I waited so long for was reverse of how it should be, No wonder It didn't start after a $200 dollar tune up! Service is marginal at the counter, repairs are marginal at best. I can't recommend these guys for any repairs. Do it yourself if you are capable or find a kid in the neighborhood if you are not. Frustrating experience. and Oh, I easily found the correct cable on line. Will finish the job myself, the right way.

Don't bother trying to work with them if you are female. Worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered in the 3x I've attempted to get mower, power washer, or chainsaw parts/repairs both personally and through work.

To have "service" in the company name is borderline humorous. Satisfied with 0/3 encounters of varying magnitudes over two years and fairly certain sexism/mysogyny is largely to blame. Not to get into detail but I am a competent female and comfortable in auto/hardware settings, yet the techs here have always been unbelievably and undeniably rude while also at times incompetent.
