Never come to this Walmart. Every line is super long and understaffed. Everyone is doing the bare minimum.
Needed something out of an electronics cabinet took 20 minutes to get it out from 5:00-5:22pm. THEN the associate led me to a cash register because I wasn’t allowed to ring the item out myself? Weird Walmart with terrible service. Dirty and hot too.

God awful place. It could be good if they hired a professional GM and hired outside of Benton harbor. These people are lazy, mouthy, cursing BUMS!

Friendly employees. I did notice a few employees standing around the exiting area talking to one another casually. If I was running the place, I would insist that they gather in their break room not our front. It's a little too casual and not a professional look.
