Smells of marijuana. Sometimes only mild only near the front and sometimes very strongly throughout the store.

I had already been to one store for black eye peas. I went to Walmart in Benton Harbor, their frozen black eye peas were empty. I asked a very nice gentleman Johnathan. He checked his phone, said there were some in the back and that he would check. A few minutes later he came out with a box! Johnathan saved me a trip to another store. Walmart is lucky to have him as an employee! He's polite and helpful.

Dec 7 I got to New tire put on my car. That took 2 weeks to come in. Then after getting my car back home, I notice that floor storage bin was pushed up. After talking with multiple people including management. They said I ran over something to put a hole in the floor and damage the bin. Rick the management was very unprofessional talking to me crazy I believe because I am a woman. Not knowing I know what I'm talking about. Do not use them they don't know what they are doing.

Poor customer service! Employees look at you at the counter and walk away, don't even say be right with you. No one works the dressing room, when I ask someone if I can get in I don't work this department. (Walks away) Ask another employee, "I'll have to find someone.. 15 20 minutes later crickets. Self check out only has one register open. Had to go to electronics to get checked out for 2 items. Only person that was helpful was the Directv/ Walmart employee.

If you ever want to go to a place and find out what "that's not my job" looks like in real life this is the store for you. From not one single employee even acknowledging us as we shop, to waiting 5 minutes for the self check out attendant to come to our register to remove an item (because she was on her phone), to Dave getting flashback from his war time to check my receipt for my $3 worth of water that wasn't bagged when all I wanted was a small bag of ice, to then having to wait for 30 minutes returning ice because I paid for it but they were out.... To the returns specialist being down right rude while returning ice because they were out. Great example of customer service for a visitor to your town. I'm from StL, I know what bad customer service looks like.

Worst customer service! employees are rude disrespectful and if you ask for something they tell you that's not my job. I went to the deli today to get lunch meat and was told I'm not cutting that any thinner and called a cracker. Spend the extra money and gas and go to a different town. Benton Harbor is the lowest of the low. The only reason I gave them one star is because zero wasn't an option.

The bathrooms are dirty and cold. The parking lot has carts blocking parking. There are bare shelves and my favorites I like are not there. The in store personal are less than helpful they act like they are put out if you ask for help

Many many times, Walmart delivers expired food. Today 2/2/2023 got food that was labeled "Use by 1/29/2023". Then they ask u to return for a refund- which defeats the purpose of using delivery.

I purchased a heater 30 days ago, it is now 10.00 cheaper. They will not give me the price difference and said it has to be refunded within 4 days (per Clint)!

This walmart has the worst customer service. I purchased a halloween themed onsie and didn't realize until i tried to sit down that it was a bit too snug. I went in to exchange it for a size larger. Customer service claimed they couldn't do exchanges, they'd have to refund it and recharge it... but because i had cut the tags they refused to refund it. Even though i had the tags themselves and the receipt showing i had bought it less than 24 hours prior. You could see the item was still in new condition on the original hanger etc. I understand covid restrictions, but all that transaction would have required was a tag-gun to re-attatch the tags. Simple solution happy customer. Instead, i canceled my pickup order for $55 and i will take future purchases to their competitors. I hope it was worth it.

With all that happened especially with everyone forced to take a-leave due to Covid. They are doing so good with so little help always helpful. regardless the stress they endure especially people always complain about the waiting in line or or helping customers with departments that isn't able to help. With all the stress and short staff they do a great job well done. Thanks.

Do NOT order a cake from here! The cake I ordered looks nothing like the picture on the website. It's missing the gold pearl details. The piping was lazily done and in the wrong colors. A bunch of random squiggly piping is a pathetic attempt at decorating a cake. The coral is missing. It's on a huge square cake board that now will not fit the cake stand I intended to use. And white bubbles at the bottom... Why even do that? And bright green leaves when there weren't supposed to be any? I will be scraping this off and re-doing it myself. What a waste of time and money!

We we're waiting for the jewelry case to be opened for over an hour... Just for a ten dollar earing pack... Yeah.... The lady who worked in jewelry said that she's taking her lunch break and gave the keys with someone else... Turns out, she left with them! The staff kept trying to figure out who had the keys, she was paged at least four times and in the end only a few staff came and helped... In the end we never got the pack and wasted about an hour and fifteen minutes of our lives!
