BE CAREFUL!They will quote you one price but when you go to pick your vehicle up be prepared! They will charge you a lot more than they quote on their brochure and a lot more than they say when you go in for a quote! I was told they would do my whole exterior of my truck for $475 and that was what I expected when I went to pick it up; that was the verbal quote and also the price on their brochure. I was told at time of pickup, "it went better than expected so it's not going to be as much as expected, the total is only $600!!! Where did that come from? Don't you expect, when told that it went better than expected, that the total is actually going to be less? Certainly not more! The reason: "We had to buff it for only two hours instead of three hours so the cost is less than expected". Less? What? The expected price was expected to be as your brochure and your verbal quote of $475, and the anticipation of a lower cost is then blown out of the water when you say "it's only $600". Well guess what - they have you by the short hairs at that time...they have your keys with the behind that counter!Their reasoning? "We had two hours of buffing rather than the anticipated 3 hours, so that's why I said it would be a lower price than anticipated." Well, considering I went there to be a "buff and shine" which is part of the "preserve a shine package", you would clearly expect buffing to be part of the deal, wouldn't you? If there was less buffing than they anticipated, you would think it would cost less, not more, if there was to be any price variation. You can read their brochure and price list for yourself - there is no mention of a per hour buffing fee in addition to the listed services and attendant prices!I highly recommend you go anywhere, anywhere at all, rather than experience what I've experiences with this place. If you do choose to use their services get a written and very detailed quote up front and hold them to it.Caveat Emptor "Let the Buyer Beware" certainly applies to Tidy Car in Benton Harbor!

We have used Tidy Car many times over the years.Each & every time we are amazed with the excellent work& friendly customer service. Our car shines more than the day we bought it. Had a few minor scratches, took in a paint sample from the dealer, can't even tell where the scratches had been.Top notch professional service...start to finish! Well done!Services: Paint repair

I got a used vehicle this spring and it was horrible inside. I wouldn't even sit inside, the previous owner was a heavy smoker, it smelled, there was ash and butts all over along with all the normal grime from not being cleaned in a long time. A friend recommended I take it to Tidy Car. I'm so glad that I listened, I had a wonderful experience. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I dropped it off the evening before, they worked on it the next day. When they called me to come get it, they kept reminding not to have my expectations too high. I was ASTONISHED when I saw the vehicle. They had done such an AMAZING job, it was hard to believe that this was the same vehicle that I had dropped off. I want to say "THANK YOU" to the staff of Tidy Car for the wonderful job you did.

This is the first time I’ve ever had my car detailed. When I went to pick it up, it looked better than the day I bought it from the dealership. I am so beyond happy with the job that tidy car did. We had dog hair and all kinds of other spots on the upholstery and everything is sparkling brand new. Great job tidy car!!

I'm not one to write reviews but, I had an accident on a Friday where apple cider vinegar had spilled and sat in my car all day in my backseat (this was during the summer when the temps were in the 90s). It sat there all weekend and I tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out. I was able to get a hold of Tidy Car on Monday where they got me in Thursday. I picked up my car that evening since they have the option to drop off your car, leave the keys in a safe drop box, and pick up after hours (payment was taken over the phone and receipt left inside). My car looked brand new! (I had ordered the interior detail package) The smell was GONE. If I ever need to have my car detailed or cleaned inside again, I will definitely come back!
