Needed a Rav hybrid to transport my bikes. Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo had me 16th on the list for 2 months. Carl at Signature got my name on one being built in Canada. I had it in 2 weeks! And another one for my daughter in another month. Couldn't be happier with the service at Signature. It was obvious they care about their customers. Not like Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo

Took vehicle in due to car leaking coolant and smelling like oil. Get told nothing is wrong with the car, guess coolant just disappears these days.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My daughter brought her vehicle in for service LAST YEAR. When they performed the oil change the tech left the oil cap off. It leaked oil all way to Lansing. It had to be towed into a dealership because it was smoking so badly she thought there was a fire. The service manager apologized and said the person responsible was let go. Almost a year later, today, my daughter goes back for an oil change and guess what they left off the engine? If you are going to Signature Toyota for service I suggest you check if the oil cap is on, all four tires are accounted for and any other item that might be considered "common sense" has been placed back on your car.

I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. The salesman was on top of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership. A good solid experience. Well done guys.

I took our company van in for general service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) I was in and out in an hour. Everything is good. We bought this van from Signature and I've bought personal cars from Signature - Bill and his crew are great folks!

I have been servicing my car here for awhile now and do not have any complaints. The staff is always very nice and they have cookies and popcorn. The big chairs near the tv are also comfortable.

Love my car; but, completely unimpressed with any follow up. At first hounded about nondescript paperwork, where it was clear my messages weren't listened to. And then, when the transaction was completed, radio silence. Not even a "hey how's the car". Kinda feels like wham bam thank you ma'am. The exact experience I said I didn't want when I bought the car. Very very unsure about this one.

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET TO GET YOUR CAR WORKED ON. THEY HAVE COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY CAR. I HAD ONR PROBLEM BEFORE GOING TO THEM. I GET MY CAR BACK AND I HAVE ALL KINDA ISSUES NOW. THEY TELL ME TO BRING BACK AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. THEY REALLY MESSED UP MY weekend. I will be taking them to court

I stopped in here with a Prius that had a maintenance light on. I was on a road trip, told the "service adviser" that I just wanted to be sure the car was safe to drive and would not break down. He told me that the light usually comes on when an oil change is needed, he added that they could do a diagnoses for $99 and apply that to any repairs I might need. So, I agreed - he estimated $175 max.- because i didn't want the car to break down on my trip. Then they proceeded to tell me I must replace the two air filters, that a valve was possibly failing (which they could fix TOMORROW for nearly $600) and that if I didn't replace it then I would end up with a $3000 repair- using fear tactics and manipulation. Then when I was told how much my visit was going to cost (over $250) they did not apply the $99 to the services I had done. They clearly were not interested in listening to me-used fear tactics to try to manipulate me into buying services and repairs that I did not need AND...
When I was shown what needed to be done on my vehicle they had pulled a liner loose from the front passenger wheel well- I had been driving for some time on the freeway with no issues but the maintenance light coming on- as soon as I got in the car to leave there was a flapping noise coming from that wheel well- I had to stop and fix it myself on the side of the expressway!!!
Completely unacceptable service department. They don't listen, they manipulate and lie to try to make more money. Just because I didn't buy my car from you doesn't mean I should be treated this way.
Honesty is a better policy. Be helpful and kind.
Stop stealing from people who work hard out here for every dollar in our pockets.
