A family member brought in their car and was told it needed a full transmission replacement for $3,300. Thankfully they got a second opinion because it only needed transmission fluid and a new filter for a little more than $100. Think twice before spending thousands on a shop like this.

Have had 5 Star service in years past. First place I'd go to for transmission work in SW Michigan. Disappointment was that they will not service (change filter/trans fluid) my 2018 Ford F-150 10 speed transmission due to difficulty of performing job. Bummed! Recommending I contact dealer.

Brian and his team are absolutely amazing! Brian is honest, helpful, and realistic. He tells you exactly what is found and what it takes to fix it. He even suggested options for me. I had a transmission shipped there and they put it in for me at a very reasonable price. The work they do is great. I strongly recommend this place if you need transmission work - local and honest!

I thought I had a transmission problem. My mechanic sent me to Pro Transmission in BH. Brian had my vehicle checked out and found that the engine was misfiring and the issue was not the transmission. He did not charge me for checking out the vehicle. Thankfully he suggested I go back to mechanic (Rome’s) who figured out it was a bad coil.Brian was professional and HONEST and saved me thousands. I recommend this business!
