I recently took my sons ford in for head light change . On this car the whole bumper has to be removed. They did a great job and price was fair. I usually don’t put reviews but in this case i had to! I met the owner and explained as a female i don’t trust any machinists because i got ripped off in the past! the owner put my mind at ease and understood as he had daughters. now I’m going to take my van for repairs and my 5 adult children know where to go for repairs!! friendly owner and staff!!! Thank You!

Initially I took my truck in to have a control arm replaced, which they couldn't accomplish but highly recommended a mechanic nearby (Sodus Auto Tech) that fixed me up (I wasn't charged any diagnostic fee for their time). However, during the initial visit, the tech at Pro Muffler & Brake identified that my front wheel bearings needed replaced and quoted me a very competitive price for the job. They knocked it out in no time flat and got me rolling steady again. The whole team is so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend.

Everyone at Pro Muffler was amazing! They took the time to talk to me and explain everything thoroughly. In a pinch with money, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to have the services I needed done. They worked together to come up with a plan and a quote that fit in my budget and made it happen! I was able to pull away with a brand new set of breaks and peace of mind knowing my car is safe to drive! So thankful!

I’ve been going to Pro Muffler and brake for more the ten years. They have always got me the Same or next day. They provide a complete estimate and call for approval. They go to great efforts to get your service proficient and priced with in reason. .

I went to have my brakes pads changed. I was told it would cost $799 because needed pads, rotors and calipers. They only looked at the last time had vehicle in there to give the quote. I told the guy that his quote was wrong because I had my whole brake system done in December. He kept saying the last time was this. I told him had someone else do them and even had brake lines done too. Well today had them done for $240 and yes only needed one rotor on back passenger side and pads all the way around. Be careful if your a female because they will do things that is not needed to be done. They thought they were gonna get one over on me. I paid the inspection fee and left

I took my truck to my local Chrysler dealership where the truck was purchased for a leaky exhaust flange. Ended up being there for 8 days and I was quoted $5,800 it suspension, engine, and exhaust repairs. (Mind you the truck is only 5 years old) so I paid the $200 inspection fee and took my truck to pro and gave them the list that the dealer gave me of issues, within 24 hours they told my my truck had NOTHING wrong with it but a leaky flange which was a $70 part. I’ve been going to pro for almost a decade and they’ve always been my #1 choice, these guys aren’t only personable but just over all good people. Saved me a ton of money!

I got a muffler and resonator delete and also got an exhaust tip put on they did a great job, and are super friendly, and it was 350$ for the delete, and they put the tip on for free.

Went to Midas and was overcharged for two brakes. Then went here and they did it for less than half the price! Great customer service and very welcoming! Will be going here again, and will be recommending them every time!

I came in an hour before closing time with my exhaust pipe falling off. They examined my car, brought me out to ask me what I wanted done, and fixed the issue before closing. The owner was very kind and communicated with me during the entire process. I get very anxious when it comes to car stuff, I’m still learning about them. I appreciate this business and I will think of them for any future repairs. Definitely recommend!
