I purchased a package of 2 bamboo fences sized 6 x 16 from Home Depot online on June 22, 2023 for 74.16. The delivery date was supposed to be June 25; however the delivery was delayed until June 29, missing the window for my project. The bamboo fences were left on a roll by my garage. Although there was someone home at the time of the delivery, the delivery driver did not get a signature to release the package. I got around to the project yesterday (July 14) and discovered that only 1 roll had been delivered. I took the roll to my local Home Depot (Benton Harbor, store 2768), explained the situation. I explained that I was in the middle of a project and could either: 1. return the one roll for the full refund of the order and then purchase the in-store items or 2. the store could complete the order by giving me the second roll. The customer service manager explained that the "dot.com" store was different and she would have to call them. She did, while I waited, and after completing the call, explained that they would have to do an investigation before deciding what to do next in my order, and that they couldn't help me. I could go into a lot of detail about: how much money I've spend at Home Depot, especially during the last two years (over 2k, easily), or how the .com branch of the business should be supporting, not in conflict, with the brick and mortar stores. I do understand that it would be very easy to scam (hey, I only got one, not two!), but in this case, checking my purchase history should have at least partly ameliorate any concerns). I'm super sorry that bands of roving thugs are stealing from your company, but hey, that's not me. I would include a screenshot of the emails for the purchase, delivery, delayed delivery and now the investigation, but the number - the exact purchase price, the dates and the store number should be enough evidence for the company to check for the veracity of this account.

Pretty average Home Depot. This location is my most frequented simply because it's local to me and back when the Nintendo 3ds was still relevant they had several streepass locations in this store. We came in the other day to get door knows, which I was able to find myself with wandering while my husband had to run around looking for help. We weren't greeted as we entered either, which isn't a big deal but was an indication that if we couldn't find what we were looking for we probably would have trouble finding someone since nobody could be found to ask from the start. In the future if we know what we need we will just have to go to the cashier at the front before straying too far.

I went here looking for a discontinued workbench, and could not find it anywhere. Jack at customer service went above and beyond to locate it for me and he even helped me load it. That kind of service is what brings people back.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Found my items no problem and the store was clean. All employees I saw had masks on as did customers.

By far The Best curbside pick up process in town! Order online, either call when you arrive or someone will approach your vehicle to get your order. I've used this service three times and ultra happy every visit! Thank you for being an example of wonderful customer service when human interaction must be limited.

In January I went to Home Depot in search of a car battery. Another local company told me they could not honor my warranty on interstate battery since there were no suppliers nearby so I went online and saw home depot had car batteries the cheapest around. I got the battery but I could not find anyone to put the battery on for me. Shops like O'Reilly and other places wouldn't put the battery on for me since I didn't get it from them. I then asked home depot in a hail Mary attempt If they could put the battery on for me. Luckily, a new employee named Jake was able to put the car battery on for me. Even though, home depot doesn't normally put on batteries. I'm glad Home Depot was able to help me out. This experience gave me a new perspective on Home depot. I look forward to going to Home depot for my Diy projects because of their great customer service. I've never had a problem with them before.

I've never experienced such helpful a knowledgeable employees in a big box store. The women in the plumbing department gave me a lot of information for my project that was very helpful.

Everything that could be done wrong was done wrong by the Home Depot here on a custom order. Order entered to send to the billing address in a different state rather than the work site, duplicate orders entered (and partially sent) and Pick-up arranged for contractor was bungled requiring multiple trips to correct....and the reason for the mix-up blamed on others. This has been a terrible experience on a custom order and is not over yet

I always enjoy my visits to Home Depot. The staff is always friendly and they always stop to ask if I'm finding everything alright.

I am flabbergasted. My wife and I closed on our first house Friday! Knowing that The Home Depot is famously pet-friendly my wife took our 12 week old puppy there on Saturday to pick up moving boxes, then back for tape :-) On Monday I took our puppy to pick up a push-broom to clean out the garage. Tonight, we went back for an air conditioner. Shortly, after we entered the store Chris in the paint department, demonstrably exasperated, bluntly informed that "we don't allow dogs here." Knowing The Home Depot culture from past great experiences, I inquired if I could speak to the store manager. Rudely, Chris informed that he was the store manager. Three things I don't like; 1) being spoken to with blatant disrespect, 2) being lied to, and 3) being taken for an idiot. I don't know why he would lie about being the store manager when Frank's picture is plastered at the front of the store. I did appreciate the cashier that followed us out, asked to pet our puppy, and informed that she frequently sees dogs at The Home Depot. I know the economy is improving, but I'm trying to understand the rationale in breaking from the company culture. We called the Lowes across the street. They informed that they allow and love dogs :-) I guess I know where we're buying today's items, our fence for puppy, our DIY bookshelves for the office, tools to make said bookshelves, our landscaping, our lawn mower, our snowblower, and whatever else is needed that this house will throw at us. Thanks Lowes at: 1300 Mall Dr Benton Harbor, MI 49022 United States!

This Home Depot is almost as bad as their neighbor Lowes. Don't come here if you expect great customer service! One of the WORST I've been in. Not one employee will greet you, besides the door greeter. Many of their cashiers wont even speak to you unless you greet them first! Ordering something? Oh you're in for a treat!

Thoroughly upset with Home Depot. Looked all over for GE microwave/convection. Home Depot was the only one that said they install in an RV. Well the installers got here & after they got the original one out they said they couldn't finish because of the way it had to be installed. Both Lowes and Best buy told me that they couldn't install in an RV. I will not trust Home Depot again. By the way, I did install it myself.

I have always had good results at this location. Being someone who does a lot of repair work I value fast convenient service. Here you have it.
