We received a bed frame from another company that didn't include the instructions. After figuring out that Plangger's was a distributer of the same items, I called to see if they had the instruction sheet by chance. They did not, but the gentleman I spoke to was gracious enough to Facetime us and walk us through step by step on how to assemble the bed. We are very grateful for the time spent to help us even though we have never purchased from them!
