The wildly incompetent woman at the register does not know how to sell me diesel. That's her entire point of being there is to sell diesel and she doesn't know how to do it. Waste of time and space.

Located right off of westbound I-94, it is one of the least expensive gas stations in the area in Michigan before heading into Indiana. What we don't like about this location is that it forces us to guesstimate the fuel quantity needed and make a prepayment. It is annoying not being able to get the exact quantity (fill up), pay the exact dollar amount owed, and be back on the road. This gas station's system makes its clients waste time. We prepaid $40; the actual bill was for $31.70, with $8.30 credit back on the credit card. I do like the toilet seat covers provided. A big plus!

Completely awful place! There's a constant 20 minute wait between the trucks and cars getting in and out to even access the gas pumps. The wait was completely unbeatable. This parking lot is completely full of trash, the forest is all littered. This place definite isn't worth your time.

Women's rest room is absolutely horrific. Maybe the most filthy bathroom I've ever been in. Coffee area? No creamer whatsoever, all of the premade iced coffee coolers were empty, one iced coffee machine to make over ice was out of order, and everything is FILTHY. Definitely not "sanitized" like the sticker says. The containers holding the sugars and (zero) creamers are filllled with dirt and crumbs. Most of the shelves for snacks were also totally empty. I know they're open all day and therefore have customers all day which is hard to keep up with but holy cow I can't believe this store. What a mess. Also Everything is super expensive and over priced.

Worst workers ever. Rude, disrespectful. Waited in line while the workers gossiped about a customer! I got a small ice tea and it was mostly water. They need a manager! Could be a great place!

Customer service was nice, facility is well kept and clean and the fruits are good and fresh Especially if you get them early in the morning, fuel line can be over crowded at times

I've come to this truck stop for gas and food many times over the years. They have all the basic things you expect from a gas station, decent bathrooms, and I believe evem showers for the truckers. They sell their own brand of pizza, which is actually not bad. I'd even argue it's better than the pizza at Casey's General Store. If gas station food isn't your jam, there is a Wendy's attached. They used to be called Flying Jay, but changed the name to Pilot maybe a little less than 10 years ago. I think Flying Jay Truck Stops still exist but Pilot is owned by the same company. I only say it still exists because the pizza boxs say both names on the box. I will also say, they do tend to have fairly clean bathrooms and the staff has never been rude. I also like that they sell dvds here, as it's where I bought the bulk of my Criminal Minds dvds.
