Don't let the slightly rough exterior of this shop deter you. This is an excellent, honest mechanic. He and his team work fast and charge fair prices. I was stranded, on the highway, a complete stranger, 3 hours from home, and managed to limp to this shop. The owner and his team, bent over backwards, even staying after closing, to diagnose the problem, hunt down and get the necessary part, and get me back on the road and home safely. I'm so thankful and so impressed! Wish I was local. They would be my new mechanics!

Very grateful for the folks here. Our car wouldn't start just a few miles down the road at a gas station. They took our battery for charging and testing and, in the mean time, during one of their lunch breaks, they personally went to the car to check if it was the battery or something else, which was above and beyond what they needed to do. (Problem was the starter.) They gave an accurate quote before doing work and had the car ready in 2 business days (gave it on Friday just before closing time and it was ready Tuesday at 9 AM). Mr . Miller is rude but Lisa is great overall I was over charged asked for my old parts I had taken pictures before and I still had old parts back on except for one new part then and they messed my truck up I can’t drive it and the air didn’t work when it did when I bought it there and I paid again to have the same problem fixed but he never did but Lisa is great never again will I take anything there

Our family has been using Millers for the last 7-8 years. My father was a mechanic for over 30 years so I tend to be pretty picky when it comes to those who work on my car. They are fair in their prices, the do the repair work that is needed, and they warranty their work. I’ve been pleased with them and would recommend Gary and his staff to all my friends.

Trying to save time (and money... yeah right!) I took my VW here for 60,000 miles service. Total bill was close to $600 and in the end he recommended to take my car to the VW Dealership in South Bend for another issue.Less than 200 miles after service here, the car now has a gear malfunction. I will take it now for sure to the VW Dealership.
