About 8 years ago I was having major anxiety and my Dr prescribed Xanax temporarily. I went to Meijer to fill it and brought it home. I read the bottle which said it contained 30 pills. I didn’t think it looked like 30 so I counted them. There were 25 so 5 short. Knowing this was a controlled substance I immediately called the pharmacy. Didn’t get an answer so I called the customer service desk. Spoke to a store manager who was very helpful and explained that the pharmacy wasn’t really Meijer but a private pharmacy? He went to the pharmacy and had them call me. Was told they couldn’t do anything until they did an inventory at the pharmacy end of the night. Of course they said their count wasn’t off. I then called the DEA and my Dr to report this. Nothing was ever done.

After struggling to find my sons medication at 8 other Meijer's pharmacies, I finally found it in Benton Harbor. Thank you Lexi for the great customer service you provided. I hope your employers appreciate you as much as I do. Thanks for taking your time and getting it right.

Rude people and three hours to fill my sons prescription they said would be ready in 30 minutes. Will NEVER have them fill a prescription again.

I called in a prescription at 9am told it would be ready at 11am I arrived at 2pm not ready told it would be ready in 15 minutes I've been waiting a hour

I've been using Meijer Pharmacy as long as I can recall. They have always been a little behind the times, but things have gotten out of hand. Lately this pharmacy has stopped answering the phone, and they seem to like to hang up.This would be tolerable of the website was usable. Half the time I try to login, the login fails. When it does work, it is EXTREMELY slow. The entire site is embarrassingly slow.Perhaps one thing most people would like to find out is the status of a refill - if it is ready. This information is not on the website. You can see past prescriptions, which ones have refills and how many, but ready to pick-up prescriptions don't show. It doesn't display partial-fill info, it doesn't show the complete prescriptions details. It doesn't tell you if a prescription is being filled locally or shipped. No info about out-of-stock issues.In short - to get the info you need, you have to talk to a person, and they are grossly understaffed.The prices are good, but the service is so bad it's time to move on...

Been trying to call the pharmacy at the Benton Harbor store for over a week, they haven't answered the phone once! They picked up the phone one time but didn't say a word.... just hung up on me.

I personally don't deal with meijer pharmacy my wife does she seems generally happy with them. The things I do get over all I'm happy with.
