Very, vert happy with WellNow URGENT Care.
Everyone was kind, friendly, and they care about you as a person.
Only thing I didn't care for, was the "noise" in the reception area from a Pac Man game. Perhaps they could mute it, or at least turn the volumn way down. That along with the sounds of the slushy machine made it very difficult to converse with the receptionist while checking in.
Thank you for being there when I need you!

I had twisted my ankle, and called and was told that they had an xray tech onsite to verify that it was not fractured.
It was the only reason I went.
The staff was great, but I wasted my time because they had no xray tech.

I needed a last minute Sports physical for my son. Was able to schedule a next day appointment and fill out all the paperwork online which made check-in fast and easy. Staff was friendly and professional.

Had an unfortunate illness on vacation and needed help. They saw me fairly quickly on a Sunday no less and got me taken care of. Grateful for the kindness and care.

Worst experience for the second time; Receptionist was so rude and disrespectful. She looked like a deer in headlights and no clue what she was doing. Claimed her computer crashed and said she’d call us up when it rebooted; meanwhile checking in countless people for the next 45 minutes before she called me back up again. Had me waiting three hours before I just finally left, and she smiled at me when I said I can’t wait any longer.

The sign in process was great. No waiting in a crowded waiting room. They did a great job removing my stitches.

I was sent by the VA cause they didn't have the doctor for my problem
They were very good at what they do. The doctor told me to have the VA check my rotate cup.

I had the most horrible experience with WellNow Urgent Care in Benton Harbor. The customer service was appalling. One staff member put me on hold for 20 minutes without even getting my information, and then the next person picked up and immediately hung up the phone. It's clear they don't care about their patients. I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR PRIVATE INSURANCE INFORMATION IF COMING IN FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION!!! TELL THEM YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE!
I brought my son in to have his stitches removed for a work injury. I provided them with very detailed information on who to bill, the claim number, the adjusters name and number, a fax number for workers comp, etc. Could not have made it easier or more obvious. They asked if I had private insurance…I do…but I lied and said no…well thank god I lied to them because sure enough, yesterday I get a text message saying that I owe them money and my account is delinquent. It would have been a huge mess if they had billed my private insurance. We were in and out fairly fast and the PA was wonderful. But the front desk staff clearly need to be trained better on the insurance billing process. They didn’t seem to know what to do in the first place which is why I lied about having private health insurance. A 45 minute phone call to their billing department later - it was sorted out.
