Our 2009 Nissan Murano broke down in South Haven, MI while we were driving from Chicago to Sleeping Bear Dunes. The AAA towing service informed us that they would take our car to M & W Auto Service and Tire in Benton Harbor. We had excellent communication with Mike and Mark who kept us informed about their plans to diagnose the issue and the results of their findings. It is never an enjoyable experience to have a major car repair while traveling but the staff at M & W Auto Service & Tire were upbeat, friendly, and accommodating. We greatly appreciated their expertise! Thank you so much for all of your assistance to help us get our car back on the road!

M&W did a good job replacing the transmission in our 2000 Silverado pickup truck. Our transmission went out late on a Thursday night while traveling through Benton Harbor on vacation. They worked with us out of towners very professionally while guiding us through a major repair incident. The replacement transmission operated very smoothly on our trip back home out of state and then on a subsequent trip to a different state later on. The transmission warranty gives us some peace of mind.

While heading out to pick up a boat, I noticed one of my trailer tires was bald. I took it to M&W, and they had the exact size I needed. They also pointed out that another tire was cracked on the walls and likely wouldn’t hold up under the weight of the boat. On top of that, they noticed my trailer license plate wasn’t securely attached, so they fixed it without even charging me. In no time, I was back on the road with a safe trailer, and I ended up spending less money and less time than I expected.

I needed a front end alignment and heard M & W had the best equipment for the job. They got me in right away and had it done within the quoted time frame. Their staff was friendly and professional - highly recommended. I love their huge American flag too!

We recommend!! They do a great job on every job, from oil changes to major repairs. Waiting and working on-site is very comfy and convenient. Plus they are fast and friendly.

I was in a bind with my vehicle having been delayed for at least a week everywhere l stopped but here l was serviced immediately although the work was tedious and extensive the price was very fair
I will highly recommend M&W for those who need good service and need it in a hurry.
The staff understand and are cordial.

Told me to come in at 1:30. Get there and they tell me they are behind and I’ll have to wait another two hours. Why tell me to come in then? Terrible service.
