I came in at 9pm because I urgently needed a humidifier for work. Since it’s summertime, I could only find dehumidifiers. I approached an associate named Ray for help finding one. Ray provided me with amazing customer service, and although there were some technical difficulties outside of his control with finding the location of the product on the device he was using, he still found a way to help me. He led me to the aisle with the product, and it was on a shelf 30 feet in the air. He promptly brought another employee to spot him, and brought the equipment needed to get the humidifier down. They closed off the aisles, brought down the pallet, and he gave me the item. I could not be more appreciative. Ray’s dedication to exemplary customer service is something I have not found at any other store. Simply amazing. Thank you Ray!

After asking some one to help me haul a 6×8 3 1/2 dog ear wooden section that I asked the day befour do you have it I waited one hour to be loaded that was the wrong fence section and they did not have the section I wanted. I asked the department manager can it be ordered he said this is all the fencing we have and did not look into it . On the third day I found out from the pro desk that they have it on special orders. So I went else were and got the one correct fence section at a cheaper price The service at this store is poor and the employees lack the knowledge to serve you. They don't try to get the information to help you.

Unfortunately after opening a part of the closet organizer I purchased, it was broken. There were multiple pieces and this was not noticed until the organizer was almost put together. Not sure why this store is not checking their products upon arrival to make sure they are sufficient. I emailed customer service and sent pictures of the broken pieces and proof of purchase and they told me to bring the entire box back. Kind of impossible and they offered me a $40 gift card… what a joke!
I also purchased saw horses 2 weeks ago from online and never received them. I called customer service and they say they’ve been lost in transit. We will see if I actually get the new products that were said to have shipped. Ordered early as this was a birthday gift and now it’s late..
Save your time and go to Home Depot where quality and professionalism are superior. I will not be returning to this store any further as every time it’s just another disappointment.

I spoke too two separate employees asking about glass both refused to help me, one thankfully called in the intercom for help in the glass section but after standing around for an hour with no help in sight and two people refusing to help me I just had to leave. I cannot believe the incompetence and lack of management.

Came to look for a washer and dryer the salesman is great and easy to buy. They also offer to install make sure the product works.

Great selection, clean and well merchandised store, but terribly difficult finding someone... anyone to help. Went to Customer service desk 2x's so they could page "help to plumbing isle 29"... 2x's no one showed up over 35 minutes of waiting. They look to be desperate for help. And the waiting for help time spent in plumbing, meant I could not spend $ in the garden center as planned.
