Luke does a great job dealing with all ability levels. He helped me through some injuries as well. I love the focus on functional movement (including flexibility) and not just on strength. Highly recommended.

I attended the yoga fest! Adrienne and Luke go out of their way to encourage others to experience optimal health and connection! They both have such passion for what they do!
Strength training and philosophical system to make the mind and body prepared for the rigors of life and the ability to help others, creating true connection and fulfillment. We employ a variety of physical training modalities, mot prominently; kettlebells and calisthenics. Yoga and meditation help to calm the mind and rest and recovery is emphasized. We work holistically, this is not a place for "working out" but one of true strength and resiliency.
