Walking into Kohl's that afternoon was supposed to be a routine shopping trip, but it quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. As I wandered through the aisles searching for a specific brand of jeans, I noticed that many shelves were disorganized, with items haphazardly strewn about. It made finding anything akin to a treasure hunt in a messy room.
After finally locating the jeans I wanted, I proceeded to the checkout counter. That's when things took a turn for the worse. The cashier seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging my presence as she scanned the items. When I asked about a discount that was supposed to apply to one of the items, she sighed heavily and called for a manager.
The manager arrived after what felt like an eternity, only to inform me that the discount was no longer valid, despite it being advertised just the day before. Frustrated but trying to keep my composure, I asked if there was anything they could do. The manager shrugged and said there was nothing she could do to honor the discount.
Feeling defeated and sensing the mounting irritation behind me in the queue, I reluctantly paid the full price and left the store, vowing to think twice before returning to Kohl's. The whole experience left me disheartened, realizing that customer service and organizational standards at that location had clearly fallen short of expectations

If you haven't visited kohl's lately,they are having some really good deals and the service today was excellent! Don't shy away from the Kohl's card either,you get awesome perks,and Remember they have Kohl's cash too,I received over $80.00off my purchase today!!

Was in Kohls early shopping, not many people which is nice. Cashier, Penny, was very pleasant and acknowledged my daughter, who has special needs, in a caring way. Always nice to have that happen.

Ms Lilly assisted me and found the perfume I was looking for right away. She's very friendly and efficient Kohl's/ Sephora associate. Not very many are like her anymore nowadays.She sure is a blessing to work for your company .

Eva is the worst cashier with the worst attitude and terrible customer service! As I approached, she had attitude and told me she wasn’t “ready yet“. I went to walk away and then she decided “OK I’ll take you “. I made my purchase, and my Kohl’s cash. Never again!
