I visited this store on 1/20/24 around 430pm. There was at least 4 employees by the register area and no one greeted me or asked if I needed anything. Unprofessional and ghetto! No thanks!

The store itself is OK. The merch., the setup/arrangement and the presentation is a little tight. They try to fit more in than what they should.When I visited the store it was very understaffed. There was one poor young lady who was helping a bunch of customers. And the swarthy looking Arab guy just standing behind the counter looking. There was a whole crowd of people that needed help and the shopping experience was extremely negative. So, I left.I hope they step up there customers service and hire more people during the holiday season

I do really like the clothes in here. But I found a nice coat that I really liked and wanted. After going up to the counter they told me that it wasn't in their system for some reason and they had me wait..... And wait..... And wait.... After half an hour they came back to tell me that for some reason the coat that they had several of hanging in their store had no traceable info and that I couldn't buy it. What a rough way to spend a half hour after a long day.Ps. I came back 7 days later and the jacket was still on the rack. I brought it up and they still told me that they couldn't sell it for some reason. ?

A young gentleman helped us with our purchase, he was very professional and patient. My son needed a new pair of shoes and we wanted some quality trendy shoes for not a whole ton of money. He helped us with some that were economical and we're discounted which fit in the budget I wanted to spend. With the 40% off it even came under my budget and he got some nice trendy socks too! The checkout woman was also professional and told about upcoming sales. I will definitely will come back. A good helpful crew there. They give you this nice reuseable bag which I will add to my collection for when I go grocery shopping.

Their customer service was Terrible!!!!! Front desk with the blue hair was very disrespectful. No manors, was being loud with me. Wouldn’t recommend going there.

No fitting room, so you better know what size to get. I had bought a item and needed to returned it because it was too small I come back the next business day to return it to get my money back and they only do In store credit. Decent store tho.
