Recently stayed here and after days of complaining about this "wedding party" acting up and causing so many disturbances to all the other hotel guests, the hotel staff handled the situation great! Christina went above and beyond to try and get them to settle down and it eventually lead to them being removed from the hotel. Afterwards the stay was way more peaceful. Thank you Christina for helping all of us out, I know they gave you the worst time ever!
If it's your wedding and your at a public venue it doesn't mean you can act any way you want! Get a private venue if that is what you want to do.

Christina was unfriendly and inappropriate at front desk. Establishment had my niece and her new husband forcibly removed by police on her wedding night. Management allowed a contractor to heckle and berate members of the wedding party throughout the week. Never staying here again!
Noteworthy details: Christina at front desk was extremely rude

As a Lifetime Diamond Member, Hilton usually never lets me down, but this time Hampton Inn / Hilton you failed. I would give zero stars if Google would allow. Owning a company I stay or book 100's of hotels for myself, customers, & family, each year. I usually only stay at Hilton or Marriott brands. Going forward after this experience only Marriott. The hospitality and professionalism of one of the front desk night workers was the worst I've ever experienced I'm my life. When I asked her name, her only response was "I'm the night manager". I could still see her crooked name tag that read Christina. Rude & not the sharpest pencil. Christina shouldn't work in any form of hospitality or the customer service industry. The gentleman who was the day manager, I think his name is Michael, was at least professional but might lack experience of a manager. He had no control of his hotel; his staff has zero respect for him. He at least has a chance at getting better with training & the support from the right crew. If you're coming from out of town, keep driving. Unless you're looking to be harassed & antagonized by a couple and their 80 + pound dog (over the hotels limit) who all happen to be temporarily living in this hotel (another sign of a shady hotel). They will probably be there for years, as the manager said there is nothing they can do about their behavior & can't (or wont) kick them out. But all on her own, night staff Christina, will kick a bride in groom out on of the hotel on their wedding night, allowing this ignorant couple to sit in the lobby and wait on the return of guest from a wedding. Keep in mind the manager already talked to and asked this couple to stay away from the other guests. All over some words being exchanged. But nothing done with the instigators. Mostly one hotel worker, an ignorant couple, & two sick looking dirty dogs (they needed a bath & vet visit). These people tried everything they could to make the stay for everyone else in the hotels trip miserable. It was obvious to the dozens of people that experienced and witnessed this madness the end goal was to get a rise and retaliation from someone to sue an individual or hotel, it was also obvious that Christina was in on it or just super good friends with them. Even the responding police officers, couldn't believe that the hotel wanted this outcome. Once the responding officers reviewed the hotels security footage, it was too late but obvious Hilton responded incorrectly. I know Christina doesn't care about her job as that was her exact words, but she is tarnishing the Hilton brand. I'll hope everyone who reads, shares, or I personally tell this encounter with, never considers staying at this or another Hilton brand hotel.
Safety: Staff and location makes hotel unsafe.
Noteworthy details: Allows people to live in hotel.

Terrible experience at this hotel. night staff Christina was very unprofessional and rude, it was just an UNBELIEVABLE experience with a couple staying there long term and staff teaming up with them. will never be going back here.

Absolutely terrible and disgusting service. The night staff allowed a couple of long term guests to berate, threaten, intimidate and so much more to other guests that were in town for a wedding. Not only did the night staff allowed it but chose to partake in this behavior. The couple verbally threatened multiple people, including elderly women. Threats included going to get his gun, hitting people, and multiple threats of having his dogs attack people that he continued to used to intimidate. Always being in the lobby with his two dogs and always looking for a fight. This was all allowed over a 4 day period and each day the behavior progressed and got worse. Christina who worked the night shift at the front desk was friends with the couple that caused all of this disturbance so it’s obvious that’s why it was it was allowed and probably why she also acted in such a disgusting manner that doesn’t reflect customer service at all. Hampton inn should be ashamed with the service provided and even more ashamed with the staffing they choose to provide. This trip ended with the couple being removed by police on their wedding night for verbally sticking up for themselves after yet another encounter.
Safety: Safety -100. The staff allowed a very large group of guests to continue to feel unsafe by a man and his wife. The man and his wife made multiple threats of violence to other guests.

Unbelievably awful experience and we just spectators. Some guy bullied and instagated a fight with the sweetest couple, they defended them selves verbally and where removed from the hotel by police on their wedding night for something not their fault. Worst part was the guy that started everything got to stay because he had a contract. The hotel also threatened to kick out everyone staying who was part of the wedding...again, not involved or at fault. The woman at the desk was rude, unkind and I believe involved with the man who caused the issue. I WILL NOT BE A PATRON OF THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE. if both parties where asked to leave it maybe a different experience but it wasn't.
