The dealing part took a bit. But that was all on my part. I just had to decide what vehicle I wanted. I finally decided on a Chevy Equinox. So far I love it. I haven’t come across any issues yet. Trevor was patient with me and did what he could to help me in my situation. The one thing I really liked about this time around of buying a vehicle was that I wasn’t told oh your only approved for this vehicle, the bank is only allowing you x amount of dollars, etc etc. I wasn’t forced into a vehicle that I didn’t want. I got to fully choose what I wanted!! It was actually a pleasant transaction. Trevor allowed me to take my time looking over the vehicle and looking for things I know to check for. I had a small small down payment. Trevor asked me a few times how I was doing and if I had any questions during the signing of the paperwork on computer. Thank you so much for a positive experience this time around.

Christina and Victoria in the collections department don’t know how to do they job, they’re disrespectful and rude when they call, I do not recommend this place at all, you could be a day behind on the payment and they already have tow trucks sitting outside your house waiting for your vehicle, they don’t work with you at all even being 7 months pregnant and not able to work, they be so quick to take your car but don’t wanna answer they phones when you got the payment

Never there at posted time of 10am have to jump through hoops to get something fixed never get a returned call the salesman called demanding times I was there or called stating I never called but every time he didn't answer I called another branch so he was very unprofessional on the phone he stated I never called or showed up but it's obvious I had been there they have cameras to see for themselves would never recommend unless it's your absolute last resort

Save yourself the hassle and dishonesty. Predatory lending practices. We were not advised that the 3 years of payments were simply a "lease". Imagine the surprise when we made payments on time, every week (never missed 1) and still owed another $3k after the 3 years ended. They cannot keep help, people are cycled through like water.

This is the right place for anyone with not the best credit to get a car its hard when you dont have the best of credit but this place can help with just that i highly recommend express auto in Benton harbor they have nice cars that are affordable and the sales manager dylan is really understanding and helpful he helped me into a car the same day i went !!!!

I mean they did put me in a super fly whipp on rims that i can afford.. so i guess they ok...lol
