They will find anyway possible to overdraft you they can, and now they reversed there policy that gave you 24 hours to put money back in your acc, now you have to by the end of the Business day to put it back in and when you even do that it takes them 24 hours for it to show up on your account and another thing when you cash your check they only give you 250 and and the rest is on hold for24 . It a TCF payroll I’m cashing there’s no need for a hold they make sure the Check with clear right then and there .business as well do your business elsewhere this is a bad bank

I wish I could leave 10 Stars for the manger of this bank, Linda Allen. Of the 5 branch managers I've dealt with at other Chemical locations, she is by far the Brightest, most Professional, Responsive, and Customer oriented of them all. Even if you live 20 miles away, I would recommend dealing through this branch. You don't get standards this high without Great effort.

Linda the manager at this banking facility is truly someone who goes above and beyond for her customers. Not only is she professional but she delivers a sense of comfort regarding any issue or concerns you may have. Thanks again Linda for being a wonderful person and I am proud to be a Chemical Bank customer because of you.

Their online banking and banking app is literally the worst. I know my password and username but no matter how many times I close out and come back it ends up locking me out anyways. Terrible. Fix this.
