Not only did we do lots of painting and got all of our paint and supplies from them, we also ordered carpeting from them and had a fantastic experience. Everything went so smoothly and they were very helpful. If you’re lucky enough to get Jerry as your installer, he was meticulous and absolutely the best. We found a tiny snag the next day from one of our other contractors, and Jerry came back on his own time and fixed it for us. Five star customer service.”

“Carpet Mart installed my gorgeous new carpeting on Monday, August 5th. The installers arrived at promised time, and quickly got to work, tearing out the old and installing the new. They were very professional and did an awesome job. Including cutting out a damaged strip of carpet in the bedroom and lining the new up to the edge, looks perfect!! I also love the rolled edge vs the old metal strips, very elegant!”

“Got Carpeting from here. Also used the free measurements where one of the gentlemen come out to the property needing the flooring and measure to run numbers and get me a quote. Also asked for ballpark prior to them coming over and they were pretty close. They definitely seemed like professionals with lots of experience. Also I kinda got frustrated with myself over not coordinating with them more on install timeframe and honestly kinda came in whinny and complaining to their storefront and was immediately put at ease with their effort to try and help me solve the installation timeline issues I was blubbering about even went as far to check with general contractors to move install dates and when that didn’t work called other installers in the area in front of me which still didn’t work as far as being able to pay someone to do the work but this was in 2021 and COVID had helped cause worker and supply chain disruptions. Basically they were 100% awesome. I ended up doing the install myself to fit my timeline but they ordered and received the carpet, cut the carpet and delivered on site in a covered garage as soon as they could which was probably the next working day but maybe 2 days from my complaining. Pretty fast.coming up on two years after the install and the carpet is doing great. Even high traffic hallways. I see slight indentation in hallways but that’s probably because I installed it so therefor know it best, but others would not even know. Product turned out cheaper than Home Depot and lowes for what style and texture I wanted but definitely seemed higher quality. Freaking awesome! For what was promised and what was delivered these guys go above and beyond in professionalism and product in my small experience. I installed with a 7 lbs carpet pad which is lovely but next time, even more cushion. So nice to run around on and roll around on with the little buckaroos.”
