Extremely slow. Had new tires put on, one tire had a slow leak. Set up an appointment and it still took 2.5 hours to take a tire off check out the rim and put the tire back on. Plan on spending way too much time here. And they never did figure out the source of the leak.

I have purchased multiple sets of tires from this location so I am familiar with the service. I special ordered 1 tire online and had it shipped to this store. I arrived 15 min. early for a 9:00 am. appt. I waited 1 hr. 45 min. and my car never made it into the service bay. No apology or offer to correct the problem. The service tech. only asked me if I wanted to reschedule! This is what bad service looks like. Go somewhere else to buy your tires.

I've been going here since I moved back to the area, will keep going they are always friendly and helpful and don't push a sale if you don't need tires. I really trust them.

To be honest, very bad service, I paid for an alignment and they left it very bad, they did nothing, and I went again and they told me that they are very busy, I have a guarantee of what I paid but they do not want to do the work that is a scam I do not recommend it, very bad for those who serve, they are not responsible,

Took my jeep in and asked that my tires be ballanced and brakes inspected. It sat over night so I called them. They did nothing cause they're " system was down" they could not write me a bill so it sat. I asked them to ballance the tires. They told me both front calipers are bad and brakelines. I said bull. I took my calipers off and neather one was bad as I figured but I did have a collapsed front driver side brake line. No trouble shooting at this shop, just part snappers. My back brakes that they did replace a year or two ago is still making noise. They said nothing was wrong with it. I can tell you that they did not check. Should I bring it back to them or just tare into it my self? Hmmmm ,,, what does the management at Belle Tire think?

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced!!! I was stranded on the highway yesterday heading out of town so fifty miles from home when my tire blew out. My vehicle doesn’t come with a spare and my tires are hard to find. I had my vehicle towed to Belle Tire in Benton Harbor because it showed they had my tire. Called them at 8am upon opening and was told it would be three to four hours. Made it here at noon and it’s still outside, not fixed. I asked when could it get done and was told people planned for appointments. I explained again I was stranded since yesterday and didn’t plan on my tire blowing out. Levi told me I can take my key and take it somewhere else or wait. He was very rude and really disrespectful!!! Needless to say I took my key and had my vehicle towed to Discount Tire, where they apologized for what I went through with Belle Tire and said they’d make sure I’m taken care of.

I brought my car in on Tuesday May 7th. I previously setup an appointment the Saturday prior and it went well just as it always has. I ended up needing to order a third tire so I added on to my order Sunday. I showed up for my appointment and they told me that they would not be able to get me in that day. They said I could drop my car off whenever and come back in a few hours and they would mount my three new tires along with a front end alignment and patching a tire I bought last year. I dropped my car off at 8:30 the day after my appointment and I called them to checkup on my car at noon hoping they would've gotten it into the shop by now as they said I could pick it up in 2 or 3 hours. When I called them back they said they haven't gotten to it yet I asked for an estimate so I could let my employer know that I would be coming a little late today. They put me on hold and said I would get a call back after I'm transfered to another receptionist. When I received my call 10 minutes later he told me that they did not have the correct jack for my car and that they could not work on it. I found this strange as they just put a new wheel and tire on May 26th of 2023 with no issues or holdups. I understand it may be a busier time but I found this to be very unprofessional. Basically they were giving me the run around and refusing to work on my car simply for me checking up without much pressure. They couldn't even patch the tire I had bought from them last year. When I went to pick up my car hours after dropping it off I came to find that my car hadn't even been moved from where I parked it earlier that which further prover my assumptions of them just wanting to get me out of the door. A lot of wasted time and a now unprofessional business I will no longer be taking any of my cars to specifically this benton harbor location. I made sure to bring it to Kirbys attention that I have had my car on a lift here last year without any hiccups and it was a quick half and hour stop in. However this time around they couldn't even manage to get my car on a lift. I was impressed with my visit last year but this has been a very bad experience and I have had a better service using Walmart tire center in benton harbor than belle tire. This place has gone down hill and I will not be coming back.

They laughably schedule an appointment yet I sit there for an hour and then half before they even bring the vehicle in. The part they were supposed to order last week still hadn't been ordered. Sitting here almost three hours. Worst car experience I've ever had.

Had an emergency and came in to see if they could help, due to short staffing and circumstances out of their control they couldn't help me BUT the two gentleman up front were very polite and understanding! Will defiantly bring my business here when I have more time next time. A+++ team here
