Three people working one person at the checkout. I had everything that I needed to check out. The associate asked if I was having problems with self checkout while I was standing at the cash register and I said no I am paying cash. He very unprofessionally told me well the line Is over here sir. At that time I left merchandise on the counter and walked out.

Very Poor customer service at the Benton Harbor location. The manager is rude and displays false advertisement of products. Sign posted in window for Lucas fuel treatment 2 for $9.99. Manager refused to honor posted sale price (which is illegal and false advertisement) after it was brought to his attention he told me he did not care about false advertisement….so.so sad and just plain ignorant. He did not honor advertise price.

THANK YOU, JASON!!!! I came in and bought a new steering wheel cover for my Jeep Wrangler. I had purchased the original one from you about 5 years ago. I was having great difficulty getting it on. I was not strong enough to do it myself, after a recent hand surgery and months of hand therapy. Your guy Jason came out and helped me. Literally never have had as good of service at an auto store as I had from an employee at this Autozone today. A fellow named Sean M. helped me with a problem I was having with my battery. He was super thorough, attentive, patient, and friendly. He was eager to come out and look at the car himself, helped with replacing some small parts, and offered to check the battery health after we got the problem sorted out. No pushiness, no avoidance, just a genuine, stand up dude. Thank you again Sean!
