Was in this late morning. I gave the clerk a 5 dollar winning scratch off, she pretended to take off the my 4 cartons of cigarettes over 340.00. Get home and she didn't. I hope she enjoys my little 5 dollar winner.

CANNOT believe what I saw this week. Stopped in twice (because I believe in second chances) and both times the manager was not wearing a mask and talking about how "she had a medical condition and wasn't required to." Does that medical condition keep you from wearing gloves and a shield?! This virus is about others NOT OURSELVES. Not once did I see the two employees there clean anything or wipe anything down.. come on people, we are in a global pandemic! Will be taking my business elsewhere and I was a carton of cigarettes type of gal. Too bad you won't get my business!!

The employee gave me the wrong cigarettes and when I went to return them and get the correct cigarettes they said it's against the law to take them back, so I lost $60 dollars. It was there fault that they gave me the wrong cigarettes in the first place......

We don't stop here regularly but every once and awhile, usually after stopping at Meijer, my husband will stop by here and I'll pop in with him. The staff is always friendly and they have a large amount of products, including a variety of loose tobacco. It's a pretty average store but it keeps me coming back because it's convenient and the employees are kind. If you are a smoker and need to grab a quick pack, stop by here. They'll take care of you quickly.

Came in at 7:50 pm on 8/20/19, doors locked and lights off. Some lady inside closing the register, sign says they close at 8pm.
