“EDIT: John from the company called me today and offered me a month of free rent. What I have asked for from the start and I think reasonable in light of my situation. He was personable, understanding and very easy to speak with. Altered my review due to the follow up.
I was trapped in this facility (gate wouldn't open) for three and 1/2 hours. Fire Department and Sherriff's office could not get the gate opened as their were power issues. Extremely poor communication. This summer the frame above my unit was infested with yellowjackets. Lackluster maintenance and poor communication. Have rented there for 4 years plus and moving to a different company.
For full transparency - they offered me 25% off my rent for 3 months. Not even a full month of rent relief.”
“We rented a UNIT for two months and have nothing but great things to say about the entire process. From quoting to final pick-up, everything was very straightforward and there were no hidden fees. They were very accomodating in adjusting dates according to our schedule. The actual UNIT was extremely clean and secure. I would recommend UNITS to anyone in the GR area.”

“Keegan was the absolute best! We thought we found the perfect couch, purchased it, and then realized upon getting home that it wouldn't fit (oops)! When we returned to the store, he immediately welcomed us back to correct our "oops" and suggested a couch with our desired dimensions. It fits perfectly and is so comfy, and it was a great price!
They also delivered to a "not so convenient" location but they made it work and were communicative, timely, and efficient.

“Super clean, high end and secure storage. 24/7 access and security is super well done.Amenities include(all free) rolling carts at all entrances, individual bathrooms, temperature control. They even have a box truck you can use. I work for a nonprofit and we got to use it for free for a large community event.Their customer service is amazing. We have switched our unit twice. We did it all online, super easy. First time we canceled our contract and made a new one. (realized we wanted indoor temp control). There was understandably a service fee (unrefundable cost for the few days we had it.) Manager ended up calling to make sure we liked the new one, but also refunded all our money from old unit.The next time we needed to move to a bigger unit. since it was mid month, we figured we would just double book. Goving us time to move everything. The manager called again and asked how long we needed to move. Since we had already done it, he refunded the rest of the month for old unit and applied it to the bigger one.Only ever one issue. Near Christmas my wife went to get items at 2am. Code worked on gate, but would not allow her into the main building. There had been some sort of power issue, so security took over. Not only did they get it fixed, but manager also gave us gift cards for the inconvenience.Honestly they could raise their prices 20% and I would still be recommending them as a bargain.”

“I had a positive experience renting a storage unit here. I had my motorcycle there & would take it for rides & sometimes ride to work, leaving my car there all day. I moved to the area after accepting a new job & had a small room, so I had to store all my stuff until I got a permanent place to live. I appreciated the 24/7 access as well as the fully secured area & automated gate. As far as the company, I always dealt with Caroline & she always took care of my needs. No complaints at all about anything. I would recommend this place highly if you're in the area and need a storage unit, thanks.”

Process was simple...don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to, sign lease online, get the gate code right away, etc. I did call before I set everything up- they answer the phone and are really nice. Had a few questions along the way and they emailed me back right away. The unit was in good condition. This was all a super easy, seamless process.”
