Vacuum is better than most, but it took $9 to vacuum my small vehicle. When I switched from soap to rinse in the 1st bay, soap continued to come out for at least 90 seconds. I checked to make I switched to rinse, and I noticed the know was a bit loose. The entire vacuum and wash areas were free of debris and mud, which is a very good thing.

Clean well kept property. It was very busy on the Saturday AM I was there.The equipment is functioning properly and the flow of traffic was moving along without any issues.

I love this place! I don't visit with my vehicle as much as I should ?. When I come it's always clean. The change machine works great. They have a variety of things to purchase for your vehicle. I got there at 6:30 am and all lights around the exterior were working. Which is great for safety reasons. The vacuums have great suction as well. I would recommend this place for sure! So all 5 stars are given ?

Water Works Auto Wash is hands down the best car wash in town! Every time I bring my car here, it comes out sparkling clean, inside and out. I only go here because it's the closest car wash to my home. Watching three people prep/spray my car then sit on their butts while I dry it myself pisses me off. Especially considering it's $30/month.

After educating myself on how the car wash worked, I found that it works flawlessly. This place is very clean and does a great job. The vacuums work good and I like how it’s open 24/7

Had a scary encounter with the employee or the manager of this establishment today.On my day off I regular this place and get a wash for my old dirty truck which I recently had fixed and was aware of how to fix a problem if it occurred again. When it was my time to pull forward I couldn't before I even got a chance to open my door to fix the problem I knew was wrong with my truck to pull forward I was very aggressively and rudely approached by the owner or the employee .I explained the issue and that I was going to fix it to pull forward or call AAA and he jumped down my throat immediately and told me he was calling a tow truck because he couldn't have me in the way of his ""money maker"I was so nervous and shaking I told him he didn't have to be that way and to give me a second I got under my truck and at this point he was still circling around making me nervous so I crawled out immediately and he was still confrontational telling me I had to do something or he was calling I told him do whatever you got to do I'm going to call AAA so when he got out of my face I got under andfixed it he the screamed at me to pull all the way through so I said can I at least have a refund u won't let me wash it!?He said he would so I left literally shaking .I was treated so terrible ?I will never spend another dollar here and I've used it for years .Had u left me alone I would have fixed my truck and got my wash .I bet you wouldn't have treated a man the way you did me !SHAME ON YOU SIR!!!

How do I reach out via email? The phone number doesn’t work and when I used the car wash the other day when I was stopped the water and soap was not coming out correctly and that’s why I drove off and didn’t want something to happen to my car. I would like a refund, but I can’t find an email address anywhere to contact someone since the phones don’t work.
