By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I will never be going back there. I will go anywhere else. I don’t care, they are awful. Most of the workers are rude and they don’t really work. It’s always six or seven or eight people in line inside and in the drive-through. Lines move slow. They never have the medication I need. I don’t know how this place is in business. Do not go there!

Walgreen’s Pharmacy does NOT even rate the 1 Star that I am FORCED to pick in order to post!!
SLOWEST Pharmacy ever & Employee’s behavior is that they are doing the Customer a favor!!
ZERO empathy that a Customer (especially receiving Antibiotics) is likely NOT feeling well & if you suffer with Pain & require Opioids you are treated with the utmost DISRESPECT!!!

For a busy pharmacy, they do an exceptional job. I will stop going to Canton and will remain at this pharmacy here on out

There's 5 people in the pharmacy, a line of customers, no one at the drive thru yet none of the other employees pitch in? Why? At my job we all help and pitch in. Get some help. I'm sick of wait 40 minutes for my meds

Garrett helped me at the desk. Unfortunately i have a medication that was on high demand, but garrett was patient and understanding with me. he then gave me an estimate on when it could be filled and he helped me so much. such a sweet young man who is so compassionate and dedicated to his job. all pharmaceutical employees should be just like him!

Every time I come here, I think of the Snickers commercial because I know I'm not going anywhere for awhile. Something has to be re-processed every time to make it right...and it takes forever for them to do anything. Done with this place. Going back to Meijer.

The pharmacy here is totally screwed up and they have a bunch of numnuts behind the counter that don't know whatc they are doing. I scheduled a Covid and RSV shot for 7:30 p.m. and was there qtr after 7. The line for the pharmacy pick up and drop off was 10 people deep. In 10 minutes not a single person checked out and the line never moved. Take your business elsewhere.

I previously brought a prescription here but unfortunately they did not have it so it was filled at Ford Rd. When it was time for a refill I selected this location to fill the prescription. I received a call it was ready so I went to pick it up. Unfortunately the pharmacy tech couldn’t locate it. I provided the number and she said I didn’t have any prescriptions ready at a Walgreens. The odd thing is I’m looking in the app and I see it’s ready for pickup but it doesn’t show a location. Here’s a tip for the employee and management. As a former pharmacy technician I would’ve taken the prescription information and searched the system to locate the prescription. Then I would’ve asked the customer if they’d like to pick it up at the other location or I would see if I had the item in stock to fill it for them. That would be good customer service.

I have been getting a script filled at CVS for a year in a half, but due to manufacture shortage, I transferred it to Walgreens after they said they had it. When I drove to pick it up, The tech told me I needed a prior-auth, which I never had to do for CVS because my insurance did not require one. I was not going to bother my PCP for paperwork that I knew was not necessary, so I transferred the script back to a different CVS that was able to fill it for me with no prior-auth requirement. This leads me to one conclusion; Walgreens and their employees are determining what meds they are WILLING to fill, and are interfering with patient care. The fact they are hiding this by using a false pre-auth excuse is shameful. This is a very troubelsom problem, so I recommend people take their prescriptions elsewhere.

I am 63 I am in pain. I have arthritis and this pharmacist acts like I'm a crackhead. If someone is waiting they are waiting and push them through 1st! She's a mean person! I got new insurance going somewhere else!
