Every employee I encountered here was rude and unhelpful. I sold something online for the first time and the younger gentleman acted like I was wasting his time & acted irritated when I asked him to repeat a question. Also, make sure the younger woman stamps the bottom of the boxes you buy, because you will be accused very rudely by Ron of stealing them when you come back to ship something in them. Some people are new to selling items online, and these people here are miserable and no help. They were also rude to my mother when she went in to mail something. Somebody needs to talk to these employees about what customer service is.

This post office has the absolute rudest workers I have ever encountered. Before you are even up to the counter they act like it’s a problem you’re there. They have a weird position of power I think. It’s disgusting how they treat customers. The supervisors are also zero help. What happened to having a standard?

First off I wanna give Mr.Ron his props he's nothing short of amazing very professional and on point so thank you Mr. Ron and the Belleville post office for your awesome service I truly truly appreciate you all for the wonderful experience.

Ron is a bored, divorsed, old man who takes his misery out on other people. The manager is useless. No one likes government and they ask themselves why? Cus they're lazy and have a 1st grade education so they work for government.

How can 2 large envelopes 10 x 13 get LOST at the Belleville Post Office?? I went inside and handed it to the clerk behind the counter. Checked to make sure the postage was correct and then they put it in the bin. It came from HSN Flower Pop Up Cards. I already knew what the results were going to be when they called. Made complaint had two return calls and because I have NO tracking number they are UNABLE to
HELP . I understand about the tracking number, but NOT a great answer. TWO large 10 x 13 envelopes lost somewhere just floating out in space!!!

My mail comes either after 6 pm or not at all. Even though the app shows exactly what should be delivered on that date. Called and received a great response via phone but still having same problem.

If you ever need to come to this post office be prepared to wait for an hour. The staff that work at this location has absolutely NO urgency to get the line moving. I would say this is the worst post office to go to. If I could give it zero stars I would!!!

Our mail lady is awful never delivers the mail on time it's always a different time every day it's stupid and inconvenient and inconsiderate. Sometimes she doesn't even deliver any mail to us or sometimes she gives the wrong mail. You would think since she gets paid 21 bucks an hour and is a government employee that she could do a better job. Not to mention the health benefits. So yeah she could do her job better. I get that she probably has to go to the post office first before her shift and sort everything out but come on.
