“They were awesome! They responded within a hour. My bad, I had My phone on silent due to work and forgot to change it back so I didn't hear it when they arrived. I thought they would've knocked on my front door but I didn't know they had a policy against that. But they had tried to call me several times that I didn't realize at the time. They responded to my text and sent the guy right back over and he got my car working right away. So five stars and high five for their office person and tech who responded. “Nobody likes moving. Least of all a middle-aged father trying to help out his oldest son move from one place to another. The good news is my oldest sons first home sold quickly and for a nice profit. More good news is he was able to buy a house in Lavonia which was a nicer area for half of what he bought his first house for. I did my yelp research to find the highest rated U-Haul/storage company. This location on Joy Road was closest to my son's new house and the customer service I received when I came in was nothing short of amazing. The people at the U-Haul and storage location let me know about the specials they have going on and the cheapest way to go. It just so Happens that was also the most efficient as well. The place is clean and the manager was very helpful throughout the entire process. I ended up having to extend days on the U-Haul without having any issues. I only needed the storage unit for one month. Moving the stuff from the storage unit when my son needed things for the transition between both houses went well. The security at the storage unit was top notch. Give them a try next time you move or you need somewhere to store something. I can promise you you won't be disappointed.”
“My trailer rental got cancelled the day before pickup by the corporate office. They said they no longer had the trailer. Offered no solutions or compensation. I then called the local rental spot and spoke with Paige who genuinely cared and took time to not only find me a trailer for my move but helped get me a discount on the truck due to my previous experience. This girl is amazing!!! Excellent service!”

Even thought the place is about 20mins from my house I would rent there again, everyone was so nice and friendly wonderful customer service!”
