I’ve made 3 attempts to pick up my script and each time I’ve had to wait 20 mins. I unfortunately will not be coming here anymore, their lack of accountability and short staffing is unbelievable. No one should have to wait that long for their prescription that is ready!!

This pharmacy has the longest wait times. Every time I come I wait 30min+ to get my prescriptions. It's unreal.

Kaleb, Paris, and Barb are the best cashiers at this location. Always helpful and willing to help me whenever I come in. As far as management, Rebecca and Reggie are always helpful and kind.

I will never go to this or any Rite Aid for actual prescriptions again. The past three times I've been there the pharmacist leaves 20-45 minutes early leaving me with no prescription. I WISH I could leave my job that early without getting fired. Either that or all of your branches need to make the operational hours of the pharmacy more clear to the customer. Especially when CVS is right down the road and 24hrs. Tf

The slowest pharmacy I've ever experienced. Finally decided to switch to somewhere else. The store itself is fine, customer service is fine, but they're painfully slow with scripts.

Idk about you but I love a good drug store something about the lighting. ... I hang out at this rite aid all the time along with having a lot of my shopping needs met. The staff is so sweet especially in the pharmacy

If I could give this specific rite aid pharmacy location a zero star I would. ABSOLUTELY terrible. I've been coming to this location for the last 8 years since we moved to the Belleville area. At first it was good (they were on the slower slide, but the staff were at least nice and competent, but the last 4 years have slowly went down hill and the last 2 experiences with them were so bad, I had enough. They have extreme management, pharmacist and staffing issues. The staff is totally clueless, lazy and the new pharmacist is extremely unprofessional and rude. Save yourself ALOT of time and grief and find another location. I just switched all my prescriptions to the Rite Aid in flatrock and what a night and day difference. Corporate needs to take a good hard look at what's going on at this location. JUST BAD!

Honestly, this location really needs to be shut down. Aside from management issues (detailed below), the pharmacy doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't communicate issues in fulfilling prescriptions, and their newly upgraded computer system is unreliable and glitchy; This location was closed for 2 days due to a power outage, because their systems didn't work after power was restored.I've had prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, only to be told when I arrive to pick them up (a couple of days later) that they aren't in stock, haven't been ordered yet, and I'll need to come back in another day or two. Sealed prescription bottles from the manufacturer have had the safety seals broken by pharmacy staff, which has never happened before, to "confirm quantity".They are perpetually understaffed, and have been since before the COVID pandemic began; I suspect they aren't offering competitive enough wages, as the other nearby pharmacy chains have far fewer staffing issues. The store has been renovated, but staffing levels are always used as an excuse for slow service, long waits, unanswered phones. This doesn't seem like a staffing problem, it seems like a management problem, as these issues have been piling up for years, with no resolution in sight.Go somewhere else, if you value your time, health, or sanity.

They won't answer the phone. And when they do they hang up on me. I guess negligence is new customer service. Thanks Sherman. Hire better I've been coming here since I was 5.

This Rite Aid has done nothing but let me down over and over. Nothing ever goes smoothly. You make an appointment for a Covid test? It mysteriously didn’t go through. You refill a prescription? They don’t bother to call and tell you it’s not in stock. And every time they are unapologetic and offer no solutions! I understand that maybe Rite Aid’s computer system is just extremely glitchy. That’s not the employees’ faults. But it’s the fact that they don’t seem to care or want to make it right that makes it that much worse. I’m taking my business to a locally owned and operated pharmacy in hopes I can receive some real customer service.

I’ve been with this pharmacy for literally years and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at the pharmacy on meds throughout that time. I finally called a quits and had my meds transferred to CVS as I am completely fed up with this pharmacy. Over the last year or so there have been numerous times where they never answered the phone when I called regarding questions about my meds. I’ve also had to wait days on end for refills to be ready multiple times. What did it for me is that, I had 2 NEW meds prescribed to me as I am a post surgical patient x2 weeks and need my meds now, not in 2 plus days. I’m having bad, burning nerve pain and developed an allergic reaction from the surgical dressing that needs to be treated/relieved and currently is not because of the incompetence of this pharmacy. I’ve been told now twice by Amanda, “I don’t know if they’ll be done by the end of the day, but I’ll try my best!” and that has not been the case. If this was a refill, I could wait a few days, but this is a NEW med order as in I HAVE NONE OF IT NOW AND EACH DAY I’M WITHOUT IT THEY ARE LITERALLY DELAYING CARE/TREATMENT PRESCRIBED BY A DOCTOR! Todays events are what was the nail in the coffin and caused me to switch. Bye-Bye right RITE AID! You need to do better, because it’s the patient that is suffering and their medical needs are being neglected (considering I wasn’t offered an option to have my meds switched to another Rite Aid that would be able to fill my new prescription in an acceptable time frame).BTW, yes I did call the customer care line to complain and am currently waiting for a response back from management.
