Great facility.
Staff are always warm and welcoming, and always walking around cleaning the place and keeping supplies topped up.
I have a gym about 15 minutes from me and still drive all the way out to this one because it's well kept, not *over* crowded, and has all the facilities up and running.
If a machine goes down, I've not seen one broken for more than a week. A number of regulars you'll come across as time goes on.
Re-review as they previously were great, then had a oder issue, then solved it.
I only add that here as it's proof that if an issue arises, they take care of it.

I parked my semi around back, out of way of any customers. I went in and exercised. When I came out an hour later, my truck had been towed by Great Lakes towing! They charged me $2500 cash?! That’s twice the normal rate. Obviously Great Lakes towing uses Planet Fitness as a money machine. I’m a black card member and I also shop at the stores and restaurants in the stripmall. This is a terrible way to treat your customers.

This gym has gone downhill over the last year or so. Front desk is frequently understaffed, leading to long lines of folks waiting to check in. Locker rooms aren't cleaned very thoroughly, at least one soap dispenser in the locker room has been empty for almost a month straight. New machines are pretty nice.

Only 24 hours 3 days a week which is pretty ridiculous. Closed at 10 on certain days as well. Single bicep curl machine that constantly has a line of people waiting to use it

Great during the day but the night shift is so loudly playing around and laughing I wanted to rip my ears off. Can’t focus on my own thing when I’m listening to echoing laughter.
