I was in there Sunday Sept 17 to buy a new phone,the girl working there told me as Wednesday September13 they could not transfer anything from old phone to new phone,she lied!! Went to metro on main st Monday and got new phone and they transferred everything to new phone!!either did not want to do it or didn't know how,main st store much better!!people there know what they are doing,friendly too!

Don't take any advice from the man (owner) about a phone because he doesn't do his research like he should... don't waste your money listening to him. The store in yipsi on Holmes has good advice and knows his phones!!...It's funny they gave such a good response on here but when I went into the store to see what could be done because I'm not happy with the phone he offered me he wasn't this nice

I mean they gone keep lying and playing until they lose me as a customer cause the workers said the bill would be cheaper after a few months but actually it isn't and I'm not going for it no matter what smh

Metro is about to cause me to leave their service: surcharge if one pays "in person" is nothing more than a rip off. Paid bill, then 3/4 days later, find my phone turned off with a recording saying - non payment. Are they going to adjust my bill for their mistake & my inconvenience- Me Thinks Not.
