So much unnecessary stress due to this bank being unable to produce my account statements. Somehow, the statements are not available online1800 number says go into bank branch in person for statements. Go in person they say they can’t provide them that I have to call back into the 1800 number. Oh and they use overseas call center I mentioned that because English seem to be an all-time low.

Went in curious about getting a car loan and met the branch manager Patrick Carrol who was very professional, personable, and humorous. Learned a lot and had great conversation. It is nice meeting someone so real, hard to find nowadays. If you go in with questions and sit down with Patrick just know you're in good hands ?

Refused to do a withdraw with an ID that was expired by a month. Firstly there is no law that stops an expired ID from being used. An ID is and ID it still had all the information. 2nd They claimed they didn't have a manager in which for any place of service to not have a manager is suspicious and concerning. The lady seemed like she was new and had no idea what she was doing and was very condescending. Cannot wait to fully switch to Bank of America.

very smart and amazing people will go the extra mile to help you five years ago my two sons were the partnerships and our construction company to provide more to grow a company one company for residential one company for commercial I always was at the bank for them depositing or taking care of checks after several years I realize I need to get an account here the best decision I ever made they take care of me and my entire family my daughter-in-law's my sons our company and every way to Canton in Belleville aarea Bank are absolutely awesome and the people working there are awesome I highly recommend this financial institution

Been with This bank a little over 3 months had to go inside the bank today lol it’s been a minute since I’ve been in a bank and my teller was super nice I don’t remember her name but she was so sweet so was the other teller! Very helpful with my transactions today! Great job ladies

Who would of guessed another ATM that doesn't work! This is absolutely ridiculous, yet again I try and deposit money into my account only to drive 20 min from one broken location to the other. Can't wait to close this account and deal with a real bank.

Charge overpriced fees for accidental overdrafts and even though I returned the money immediately they still refused to refund me. I never had this problem with Chase

I rarely write checks from this bank, just recently I've added direct deposit to this bank. I needed to write 3 checks, and I've ordered checks online but they won't be delivered for 2 weeks, well overpriced checks also for 30 dollars for basic checks and 16 dollars shipping added on.Today I stopped into the Belleville TCF branch just to get a few counter checks to get me through. The cashier told me TCF bank doesn't do counter checks, honestly I was shocked.Going forward I need a local bank that fits my basic needs. Unfortunately I'll have to close this account and look for a new local bank.

TCF Bank in Belleville is my preferred location, but truthfully all the locations I've been to have great customer service and products. Belleville is special to me because I opened an account there moons ago and the staff are exceptional! I've gotten offers to other banking institutions, but I have no plans on ever switching from TCF. Any rare issue that I've encountered has been taken care of immediately by the most understanding and professional employees. Love my TCF!!
