NEVER USE THEIR WEBSITE TO DO YOUR TAXES! NOBODY CAN HELP YOU!Front desk lady is a QUEEN of customer service and empathy. She is the only reason I’m giving 3 starts not 1. Rest of them can go eat at Taco Bell.
