I have not visited this vet but I'm rating them based on their appointment policy. First I thought it was odd they needed a deposit to make an appointment but was going to proceed until I asked about the cancellation policy. They require a $60 deposit which is the cost of the office visit and there is a zero refund cancellation policy. I understand if you cancel last minute and you lose your deposit , that makes sense. I asked what if I cancel a few days prior to the appointment and they said you lose your deposit. The lady that answered the phone was nice and this review is more towards the policy which seems odd.

After calling my Vet and not getting in, and numerous others, my daughter called Healthy Paws. They squeezed us in after hearing our dilemma We seen Dr. Wells. She was so informative and caring. My dog is a diabetic. She is very well versed with diabetes in dogs. A lot of Vets are not. Went through everything step by step as to what the plan was going to be for my dog. I'm so beyond impressed with her. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a Vetenarian.

Good prices! They charge a fair price for exams and vaccines. Their building is now open so you can come in with your pet and go to the exam room. They still offer curbside service, if you prefer.

We didn't think we could find anyone to replace Dr. Hermann, who we went to for almost thirty years, but after one emergency visit, we're pretty sure we did. Thank you so much for seeing us on such short notice and for your honesty and compassion.

I've been going to this clinic since my dog was a puppy and I lived in the area. 9 years and 2 cities later I still make the drive to come here. I always reciter great customer service and my dog is treated so well! Today in particular my vet took extra time with me and my concerns for my dog. She also made sure I stayed within my budget making sure to do what was needed most. After the visit another customer came in completely acting downright disrespectful. I was horrified to hear the woman yelling at the staff and watching her poor dog shaking in her owners arms. The staff, but mostly Dr Whitney, kept a professional attitude and still treated the woman with respect and took care of the needs of her dog. Shout out to everyone working today that had to put up with this "Karen". Just another reason I will drive over 30 mins to come here.

Told them the dog we were bringing in was NOT friendly toward other animals and he was about 130lbs. Instead of placing us in an empty room they had us sit in the lobby while I struggled to hold this dog back from the other animals being brought in (literally had to place my body between the animals (very dangerous) while the workers were 6ft away (could see I was struggling with an animal the same size and weight as me).
They were told over the phone prior to our arrival of the situation.
Then, after struggling for 15 mins - out of breath, and exhausted one of the workers had the audacity to look at me and say "take a deep breath". Seriously?! ?
Don't recommend as they do not value safety and are extremely inconsiderate.

Took my cat there to get sedated and shaved in the Fall 2023.
They scheduled him for sedation and shave.
They ran $200 in blood work to ensure he could be sedated.
I get there to pick him up and he was not shaved.
I was told by the tech "I'm not a groomer". ?She brushed out the mats (but they came back almost immediately).
PLUS I was never granted the courtesy to speak with the Vet. I don't know his lab results. I got his records today and there are no results in the chart. Were they even ran? Shady AF and rude. Never again.

They got my rescued poodle in for an emergency visit this morning for blood in her stool. They were very thorough with their questions and seemed very knowledgeable. They were very kind, helpful and patient with my dog as she was scared coming to the back. They were honest about what test were needed and didn't try to upcharge me at all. The vet even went over what she suggested for testing and what can wait for testing. The bill wasn't much at all which was very shocking especially for the quality and it being an emergency visit. This place is honest, genuine, caring and good prices. They did some testing for her stool (with no worries of parvo) that was brought in and was told they would try to call me today with results but haven't received it yet. Still 5 stars.. Thank you everyone who helped her today! This will be our go too. Highly recommend based off of our first visit.
