We LOVE Feed Rite. We come here for Dr. Gary's pet food but love the huge variety of products they carry. The staff has ALWAYS been so kind. I can't think of a negative, or even remotely sub-par, interaction with anyone working here. They are eager to help, greet you warmly at the door and their prices are awesome. We love supporting small businesses in Belleville. While we could order food or toys on Amazon or other big companies, we really value plugging back into our community and feeling like our dollars are going farther than just lining some big CEOs pocket.Keep being awesome Feed Rite! Thanks for always taking the big bags of food to the car- class act.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They kept and protected a predator on the payroll until they were given no other choice and continues to take no accountability. This is not a safe establishment. Not to mention how the animals aren’t properly taken care of and them having horrible business practices. Please find another small business to support and stay far away from this one.

If you want to be treated like a thief be sure to shop here. Especially the Owner Lady - accusatory and rude. Crowded isles and overpriced products.

I spent close to $100 in one visit,One particular item was a “Go Dog, Tough Toy” for $18.00.I had my black Lab with me and discussed with the gentleman that I needed something durable and “TOUGH”.He steered me towards this toy, so I purchased it.God as my witness, my dog had it 10 minutes and already had stuffing coming out, I immediately called the store and said“I was just there 15 minutes ago with my black Lab”The lady remembered me,I explained my situation……..Long story short…. No refund or exchangesNow I understand that the store doesn’t make the toys, but they should damn sure stand behind the products that they sell and should have a return policy.I have 4 dogs and my daughter has 2 cats, we were looking for a pet supply store closer than Michigan avenue, but I’ll make the drive to a store that cares enough to keep returning customers coming in.
