9/24/24 240p eastern time Customer service agent Abbey disconnected our call after giving me 3 different stories as to why I haven’t received my package & what needed to be done.. Very disappointed by Fedex . Still no package .

This is the worst overnight service in the world. I was in GA on business, realized that my drivers license was expired on my birthday and forget to renew before leaving home. I had my daughter overnight my passport as a precaution for my return through security on the way home. She went to the Belleville location paid over $100 for overnight shipping. The guy at the counter sealed the envelope, wrapped it in plastic and tape. It was being shipped to my hotel. Well it was never delivered. When tracking the package I was informed that an attempt had been made to delver and was rejected due to the package being damaged. The hotel informed me that no one tried to deliver the package and they had been watching out for it because I checked so many times. I then went to the Fedx office located in town, spoke to a manager who call dispatch who was told that the package could not be delivered because it had been opened and their was nothing in side. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OR FEDX. I had to file a lost and stolen claim with the State Department that informed me that this is common with Fedx and passports missing. Now I'm being told by this location that my daughter has to sign up for an account to file a claim for my missing package. This is the second time I have had package not be delivered from this location. Fedx is now an unreliable and untrustworthy. I will never use them again?

Why is it evreytime that this service is used, you guys can't commit to the delivery times? Package said it was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm and here it is at 6pm the next day and it is still not here.

Joke of a company. They have the worst drivers who don't know how to do their job. How hard is it to find the RIGHT address and ship it to someone? That's what we pay you for! Useless! On top of that my box marked FRAGILE is destroyed. F U FEDEX AND YOUR TRASH DRIVERS

I called about a package that I have yet to receive and when doing so the automated call hung up on me 5 times very disappointed with this along with the package not being delivered it has also sat at this location for 3 days and can not get answers as to when it will arrive. So much for that birthday present.

Had 2 packages ship to my house that last were touched by this Belleville Michigan delivery team. If I could write them a lower review I would. They did not ring my bell, they did not knock on my door, What they DID do is leave both of my expensive packages in front of my communal mailbox area unsecure or hidden basically asking my sketchy neighbors to steal from me. Had they put it in my mailbox (shocking concept I know) or left the package at my door as UPS or USPS do it would not of been taken or at least given the thieves pause since I have a ring camera. If you don't value what you're having shipped to your house please use FedEx as they don't seem to value what they're sending you either. If I see any shipment is leaving a FedEx facility from now on until the day I die I will just cancel it and order it from anyone else that has the professional courtesy to not use this diseased corpse of a company. Oh and please get rid of that driver or make him do a minimum of about 100 hours of training since he doesn't seem to understand how delivery works.

Smh horrible service. My package has been sitting at this FedEx Location (delayed) for 4 weeks. Then you try to contact someone at this location an none answers the phone.

These guys are a bunch of clowns. They have people waiting ALL DAY for their package. Then when you track it ,they say it won't be delivered till the next day!!! Close this place down ,and I recommend people use UPS instead of these bozos. I didn't even want to give them 1 star but had to for a review.
