Nasty signs throughout store, "This rack IS NOT a clearance rack", "If you use a cart, RETURN it where you FOUND it", "NO returns on electronics" "We DO NOT accept cash app, or venmo", DO NOT signs everywhere. Long line to cash out. Stuff on floors. Very disappointed

Aisles disorganized, random stuff on floors, items not picked up, shoes not neatly displayed. Cothes thrown on top of shelves fall off as soon they are touched. Short, white woman manager with short gray hair and accent rude and impatient. Will never go to this dirty store again.

If I could give 0 stars I would, poor management, rude communication and tone of voice, I was shopping for hot wheels (note I’m a 16 year old with renal failure and it’s quite noticeable in the way I walk and stand) and I was approached by a younger lady I would say early 20’s , and she stated “if you are not going to be purchasing anything you need to put everything back” as I was going through a few of my options, I reply “excuse me?” And furthermore get kicked out for asking thus. I am utterly disgusted . If you can go purchase anything anywhere else I would most certainly avoid this place as management is very miserable and obviously requires proper conduct .

They really need some help at this location , not sure what happened but the store has gone down it's always a mess and just not as good as it should be which is a bummer because not much else in the plaza has survived .

Same as most family dollars,special notes ,managers are always knowledgeable and friendlyStock workers tooAnd it's never been out of a regular item yet

The people are rude. Made the comment they hate the smell the smell of marijuana and watched an employee spray a customer as she walked out the door the employee was talking saying it more than once loudly so other customers would hear her, guess she was having a bad day. That lady could have reacted much differently

I have no real issues with this store except yesterday I went in and noticed a sign concerning service dogs needing documentation. I talked to the manager and asked him what type of documentation are you requesting? He said they need to see their registration. I tried to explain service dog don't need a registration and he said the information came from above. I have left two messages with their corp office to correct the information but have yet to receive a response.

Was here a couple months ago with my cousin to get a few things and there was a line full of people standing outside the store around 4:00 in the afternoon with no one behind the register and the door locked. We all figured that they were all on break, no big deal... After waiting a bit, we started to wonder why they were taking so long, so one of the people standing in line went to knock on the door... No answer... Another louder knock... Finally, someone approaches. An older lady with glasses and curly hair unlocks the door, steps out and screams at everyone that they're closed early and to come back the next day. I will never go back to this location again.
