They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. “I'm totally into using the drive-thru pickup here. Orders are always ready super fast and there's never a long wait at the pickup spot. Just a heads up though it can get pretty busy with long checkout lines depending on the time but the employees are very helpful.”

“First we went to Verizon in Canton Mi. On Michigan ave. We went in and asked can you turn on spell check. The 2 employees didn't know anything about it. So we went to the Verizon in Westland on Warren rd at the Westland mall. We went in asked can you get spell check on her phone. The lady there fixed it in 5 seconds. I would recommend the Verizon in Westland!”
“My suitcase snapped at security. I received zero help from Delta and literally a roll of tape from TSA. The woman working at Brookstone at 6:30 am on the 18th was the only person who actually offered me any help.”
