“This is now my first stop on grocery shopping day. Almost everything is $1.25 and they have name brands. Great for items like body soap, aspirin, allergy, pain meds, reading glasses, wrapping paper & gift cards, Mylar balloons, cleaning supplies, glassware, crafts and school Projects/office supplies, aluminum warming pans. Their friendly staff goes out of their way to help each customer. Now I only have to go to the grocery store to purchase items that Dollar Tree did not have! Excellent value!”

“It certainly is a clearance center. Great deals when you find something you want...and often things you didn't know you needed.They were really short handed the last time I went. Right before Christmas, and the store was quite the mess. Manager said he had three workers call off at the same time. Can't run a business effectively with no staff. Felt bad for them.”

“HomeGoods is the kind of place where you tell yourself that you're just going to stop by to browse for a few minutes then walk out with two gigantic bags of items from home décor to gourmet food and bath & body products. It's like its sister store TJ Maxx. There are so many things to browse, and the clearance section is awesome, especially after the holidays. The customer service here is better than the TJ Maxx in Canton. Some downsides: it could be better organized and it is smaller than the location in Novi. Besides that, I'm a fan, and HomeGoods is one of the best additions to Ford Road. It's one of the main reasons I even go shopping at Ford Road.”

“In a way if you've visited one Marshall, you've visited them all. This is a very nice location with all your usual finds like men's and women's apparel. In addition you'll find discounted deals on other items like home decor, beauty, toys, suitcases, ect. It always feels like there is some big clearance sale happening. The staff here have always been super kind and helpful and that can really make or break your shopping experience. My last visit I wanted to pick up one item, just a hat and ended up with 3 shirts, some workout pants and hoodie. That's usually what happens. I'd definitely continue to visit because you can't really beat the prices.”

“I know that prices are a lot higher here than other stores, but I end up here, maybe once a week because they are open until midnight. I end up spending more, also because they have you going throughout the store for different products. That being said, I want to acknowledge my cashier, Sierra, and another woman that was helping her bag. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Every time I come through her line, she always is upbeat and helpful, and it's always a pleasure. I never feel as if I'm inconveniencing her.. which I've experienced it all different grocery stores from time to time. She makes it worth my while when I occasionally shop atthis store”

The new modern look is clean and makes the place appear larger. However, now I can never find anything and it took away some of the nostalgia.”

“I have always enjoyed this store, this visit was different, it was sad. I was one that hated long lines and so many people you have to park so far from the door. The store was empty. I miss the long lines and walking around people to get to what I might want to see. We are losing the people contact when making a purchase. Stop in today and show our stores some love. The store is bright, clean, and stocked, and the staff is wonderful.”

“For the most part, it's one of the greater ones to go to the only problem. I really see running in there is when you're asking for someone to give you some assistance while you're looking for something and they have to ask three or four other people because they have no clue what is in their store.. other than that customer service is friendly, especially the little lady at the checkout. I have found curbside to be a godsend, especially at Target. If I use the app to indicate I am on my way, often my purchases are being brought out upon my arrival. Unbelievable. “My experience at this Burlington was the best from being greeted when I entered by the store security guard to checking out with the sweetest manager and cashier that worked alongside her I know they were well over worked during the holidays but that didn’t stop them from being pleasant. They do need store help it’s the customers that keep the store in disarray which is horrible for adults to be given a pleasant place to shop a clean place and to see the store destroyed. by its customers is sad. Keep up the good work staff keep your head up , i was the second person who spoke about their kindness at this store we were both at the register the First Lady mentioned it I agreed when it was my turn to be waited on.♥️♥️♥️”

“This was my first time using my extra benefits card. So, I didn't know what was covered and what wasn't. My daughter found an associate and explained the situation to her. She offered assistance, at first I didn't ask, but then she came over and started helping by bagging everything for me. Once I paid with that card, she checked and found a few things that were not covered. So, all in all I had a very good experience”
